Men Who Want Breasts | How To Grow Man Breasts

We're not talking about men who want breasts which are attached to women, or men who want women's breasts somehow unattached (very creepy and socially unacceptable, that last one,) instead we're talking about what will now seem relatively safe and normal, men who want breasts of their own, breasts growing from their own chests, men who want to look down and see bountiful globes of flesh blossoming from their own skin.

Now, for obvious reasons, growing breasts is quite challenge for the average male. Testosterone and other genetic forces conspire to keep most men rather flat chested, but there are ways to grow your own breasts if you happen to be a man who wants some. There are also some ways not to grow breasts.

How Not To Grow Breasts:

Breast Creams

Men, if you could grow breasts by rubbing cream on them, do you think that plastic surgery and breast implants would exist? No. They wouldn't. Women have been coping with the desire for larger breasts for many centuries, possibly millenia, and the fact of the matter is, there is no cream that you can rub on your skin which is going to cause you to suddenly sprout breasts. So please, save your money.

Exercises

Once again, women have been trying this for a very long time too. You can't grow breast tissue by developing muscle. Sorry, chaps.

Three Ways To Grow Breasts:

  • Weight Gain

Weight gain is one way to grow breasts, though it obviously comes with downsides, such as the fact that you're now overweight and objectively speaking, probably less attractive and healthy. You don't have to be a stick figure to be attractive, but to grow the sort of breasts most men fantasize about simply by gaining weight, you're probably going to need a whole new set of lingerie to accommodate your new gut.

  • Hormone Therapy

Hormone therapy will help you to grow breasts for sure. You should approach a medical professional for this and you should be monitored throughout the duration of the program. Be aware that you are opening yourself up for side effects such as cancer, loss of fertility, depression and mood swings.

  • Surgery

If you really want breasts that are on par with a woman's breasts and you want to maintain your health and sanity, surgery is probably the best option. Breast implants are, most importantly, reversible. So if you change your mind you can have them removed. Overall, surgery provides the ability to have breasts without too much risk of major adverse side effects (if you don't count the odds that you might die on the table during surgery, or develop an infection thereafter.)

Conclusion and Caveat

I've written this hub in response to several requests, but my honest opinion is that unless you are transitioning genders entirely, (ie, you really feel compelled to on a deep level) don't bother about growing breasts. There are millions of women who would also like larger breasts, but unfortunately nature dictates the shape of our bodies and trying to change the body nature gave you to appease what is merely a carnal desire is a really, really bad idea. I think the same about female breast augmentation, so don't interpret this as a slam against males. Fantasy and fun and play are one thing, but messing with your body in order to accommodate these things is taking them to an extreme which I believe is probably unhealthy. Men look great in bras as they are, they don't need female breasts.

Why not just buy some prosthetic breast enhancers?

I know they are not real, but they look nice in a bra.

Hi Hope,

I think you are right with what you say.

The problem is the curiosity of people. Some men wonder how it would feel to have breasts themselves (icluding me).

I for my part don't think I want to have some permanently though. I guess that is true for some people as well. Therefore we are left with our curiousity (which is annoying). Consequently some people try to get breasts eventually.

Hi Hope...I'm one of those guys who have their own breasts. I have a 38b bust, weigh 152 and am 5 foot 6. What I would love to do was to be able to lactate. Do you think if I buy a good breast pump I will be able to produce some milk. I don't want a lot just to see some coming out of my nipples would be fantastic. Would appreciate your thoughts. Love you.

You know, I don't know Leslie-Lee. I do know that is is possible for men to lactate, but I think the hormone levels have to be there,(usually men lactate after their wives have given birth, if they do it at all, and it is not a lot) and it is a relatively rare occurence. I'm not an expert on the subject though, I'll do some additional research and get back to you :)

Thanks for your help Hope.I think if I take the hormon estrogen it will activate my milk glands. But this is chancy as estrogen could give you breast cancer. I have a small manual breast pump that cost about $40. It doesn't seem to do any good except to give me sore nipples. I think a larger electric pump would be better but I'm not sure. Anyway thanks for your interest and I look forward to hearing from you.

I'd avoid the hormone therapy, because dying of cancer, or undergoing chemo just because you wanted to see milk coming from your breasts is probably a bad idea :)

I doubt that just using a breast pump would make a man lactate. I have heard of women inducing lactation this way, but women are already primed to produce, in a manner of speaking.

Thanks for your advice Hope. I wonder if any of the guys that contribute to this site have had any experience with a breast pump.Would like to hear from them if they did.

Destiny, I would suggest that you seek professional medical advice. Your health is not something you should be messing around with and asking for advice with on the Internet.

Hope is, without a doubt, correct once again. Your own physical and mental health are not things to halfheartedly meddle with. Definitely go through the proper medical channels or find someone who has had success M2F transitioning for referrals and maybe even some support while doing so. I know TG-Life has some excellent info if you're serious about this.

I think for most men, its just a simple matter of curiosity; a way to see what its like to be a woman. Unfortunately, since the processes of satisfying this "curiosity" come at a cost of such mental, physical, emotional, and financial hardships, I'm content to sit by dreaming of some magic potion that can safely and successfully swap our bodies to fully functioning forms of male or female.
