As we known menopause is a transitional period of your body, emotional and psychological transitions do happen inside your body and your mind.
As I've been saying bloating is a common and frequent menopause symptoms that is present in mostly all woman, but you have to know that the menopause gas is something just natural, but not to stay very long in there in order for you to fill fullness and stuff. This is not interesting because you are going to feel pain in the abdominal area and sometimes you can also feel things like fullness and other stuff you do not want to fill and try not to happen. So, it's not just about gas and being there, it's about gas and not having to be there and getting rid of it or preventing it.
One of the main things that is going to make it worse (most of the woman have some sort of menopause bloating, but you can prevent it and not make it worse) it's the food. There are many types of food that you can eat in order not to be bloaty, but there are also types of food that you have not to eat in order to reduce or eliminate menopause bloating.

As I've been saying to you bloating is a natural and common symptom that can be atached with menopause. If you're eating to many fruits, vegetables and stuff like this you're surely going to have a nasty diet and because of that you're going to have gas, don't worry, there are just to many people having gas, you're not the first or the last one, so do not be embarassed to go to your doctor and talk about it in every detail. It's very important for you to cure the source in order to find the perfect way to eliminate or prevent future bloating or abdominal pain. No one like pain, neither do you.
Obesity or surgeries may be another alternative, not so often way, for a bloating menopause, so you could have this symptoms during menopause. As I've been telling to you, you need to make a change in your lifestyle in order to get rid of the nasty diet and do some interesting stuff with your diet and life. If you continue to do nasty things and eat crappy food then you're not going to finish it cool and good and healthy.
If you have headaches or breastache because of the menopause bloating you may get a herbal tea in order to get rid of the initial efects, temporary. Also, try changing your diet right away in order to make something useful and get rid of the things you do not want to get. A healthy life style is very important.
