Menopause is a period in a woman's life when her period stops. Menopause usually occur between the ages 45 to 55.
The last menstrual period marks the end of a woman's natural childbearing years.
When menopause is over the woman becomes free from complete series of physical and psychological discomforts. This allows her to lead a more complete and stable life.
Symptoms Varies from Woman to Woman :
- Menstruation becomes less and less regular for several months or years before it ends.

Osteoporosis - is the weakening of bone because of the loss of bone tissue.
Causes of Osteoporosis :
- The causes of irregular and abundant bleeding in women in the menopause stage are due to the absence of ovulation, which causes, as a consequence, an imbalance in the hormonal production of estrogen and progesterone. Either excessive estrogen is produced or not enough progesterone is produced.
- The emotional aspect of excessive bleeding during menopause, or even of growing old, play a key role in either the decrease or increase of menstrual flow.
- The consumption of alcohol and caffeine in large quantities may produce irregular bleedings.
- Fibromas or cysts can be the cause of profuse and irregular bleeding. These cysts may be cancerous in nature, consult your doctor immediately.

Treatments for Osteoporosis :

Hi, very interesting article. My personal experience is: 3 years ago when I finally decided that I will not have children, my periods suddenly stopped. Just like that (thanks God, it is nicer to live without periods, believe me. Such a relief!)! I meditate regularly, USE HOMEOPATHIC/RADIONICS REMEDIES (pls check my article about them), spend a lot of time in the nature, and up till now, NEVER have had any of mentioned problems, I have more energy than ever, my body behaves normally and looks younger. I kept high level or hormones, because deeply believe in anti aging. Menopause REALLY can be blessing, not suffering, depending of our attitude.
My Mum had horrible menopause and used artificial hormones. Felt great, but actually she was very tensed and too aggressive. After she got myomes, because in hormonal package there is only one type of estrogen hormons (thera are three basic types) which supports growth...unfortunately tumor cells as well, without the other two types, there is no balance.
