Through this Geno Psychiatric Nursing individual will undergo this process but as this may be upon reaching this age or if the self esteem are meet maybe behavioral responses are not difficult to manage and one thing more is that maybe their should be a law that if a government employee reached age 45-50 it should be automatically retired that an employee should not wait for 65 years old so that they will enjoy their retirement pay and new graduate will be employed.

SOCIAL IMPLICATION

Caring behaviors around them maintains integrity / sense of value and continuation of personhood, the family patient interaction, family demographic are changing and socialization and for reminiscing in a group old age is music.

NURSING IMPLICATION

The nurse should be sensitive to the individual belief system and should assess the support system available to the patient while at home in the hospital or in another health care setting.

As the nurses care the caring is from womb to tomb.
