From the Dogs and Cats Owners, What Pet Owners are Saying About Menu Foods Pet Food Recall Claims

I have heard so many complaints about how Menu Foods is handling the claims against their company. Most pet owners are reporting someone contacts them via telephone, askes some questions, then mails out a packet with Claim Information in it. The pet owners are saying that once they have completed all this process nothing more has happened. One reader told me that Menu Foods has offered him $28.00 for his losses.

I feel this is a very poor way of handling any business. I can't even begin to say how I feel about the "business" of providing food for the ones we love then killing them without even so much as a change in how the pet food is made or what goes into it.

Where are all the "New and Improved" pet foods I would have expected after this pet food recall. I don't see any new products on the shelves and often times I see the same old recalled junk.

I expect and demand much more from Menu Foods and other pet food producers and the companies which market these dog and cat foods.
