Method of Cooking Lemon Rice
61Lemon rice is good for health and best for people trying to loose weight and be fit. Now we can start the preparation of this healthy food. Take Basmati rice of atleast 1 cup. Lemon juice-2 table spoon. Bengal gram dal- 1bsp Mustard seeds- 1tsp Urad dal- 1tsp Curry leaves- 4 or5 leaves Salt-to taste Oil-2 tbsp Green chillies(chopped)-4 or 5 Turmeric powder-1 tsp Preparation First cook the rice and keep aside. Then in a pan pour some oil add the bengal gram dal and urad dal.let it change the colour to brown then add mustard seeds. Let it pop up. Then add green chillies and curry leaves .After that put the turmeric powder and little salt .Stir it. Add the cooked rice to it.Mix Well. Then add the lemon juice and little more salt. Remove it from the stove and serve it hot. Now we have got a tasty and delicious food that we can have with Potatoes Fry and vegetable salads.
