Mexican Cheese Dip

I love a good dip. You can really get creative with dip and make all sorts of flavour combinations. One dip I particularly like is a Mexican Cheese Dip. So just how do you make it. Well this hub has a great Mexican Cheese Dip recipe for you to make.

Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

225 g fresh, ground spicy sausage (pork)

455 g processed American cheese, cubed

1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles

336 g frozen chopped broccoli

Method

In a microwave-safe bowl place the processed cheese spread. Microwave on high in 2 minute increments. Make sure you stir at each pause until the cheese spread is melted.

You can brown the sausage in a small skillet while the processed cheese spread is melting. Drain well.

Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave on high for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine melted cheese, sausage, broccoli, and diced tomatoes. You want to stir it well before serving.

How often do you have dip?
