As a Child I grew up listening to the music of the famous pop star Michael Jackson. I can remember watching Michael doing his famous moon walk and trying to do it myself. I remember Jackson's one White glove and his flashy clothing. Michael had many hit pop songs. Although Michael always had a lot of controversy around him, he will surely be missed. Today will be marked as a day when the world lost a talented artist: the one and only "King of Pop".

Earlier today Michael was rushed to the hospital. Micheal was fifty years old today when he passed away from cardiac failure. He was the seventh of nine children At age six, Michael was singing in the Jackson Five with his brothers. His father Joesph Jackson, was the manager of the band and pushed the boys really hard for success. They were a sensation during this era in 1964. Michael got noticed by the big recording labels really quick. Michael was the most talented of the group. He really stood out and later on left the band and went out on his own. Michael married once, to Lisa Marie Presley, but the marriage only lasted for a short two-year period.

There was always contraversary surrounding Michael. Michael was accused of molesting a 13-year-old boy but for 22 million dollars, the boy's family settled out of court. I remember seeing Michael on the television holding his new born baby over the balcony of his hotel to show the people. The media blew this up that Michael was going to throw the baby off of the balcony.

Crowds are gathering and causing a scene at the UCLA Medical Center where Michael was taken to for treatment. They are blasting music and requesting to see the Jackson family. People are in shock and can't believe that the "King of Pop" is dead. Latoya and Janet Jackson are said to be at the hospital now, but this is unconfirmed. The world is waiting for news from the coroner at the hospital to find out if there will be an autopsy.
