It is really hard to believe but when I saw the headline I was feeling very sad. A pop phenomena has left us at an early age of 50 years young. And right before his comeback tour starting off in the UK this July!! My thoughts go out to his family and everyone who knew Michael on a personal level and wish them strenght in the days and weeks and months to come to bare this loss of musics very own son.

• Thriller has sold over 21 million copies in the US alone
• He received 13 Grammy awards
• Was married twice and has 3 children
• Michael Jackson holds record for most Grammys won in one year with 8 in 1984
• Jackson has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame: one for radio play, located at 1541 Vine Street, and one for recording at 6927 Hollywood Boulevard.
• Three of Jackson's albums - Bad, Dangerous and Thriller - are among the bestsellers of all time.
