Everything about Michael Jackson's life had the elements  to create many mistery novels beyond a  any writer wildest dreams.

The whole entertainment world was shocked with the the discovery that  Michael Jackon and Elvis Presley's  daughter Lisa Marie  had  tied the knot  in  La Vega,  located in the beautiful  central valley o the  Dominican Republic  well know for its  agricultural  production and colorful carnival.

How did  the  couple manage to enter the country without raising any  buzz?

That's still a secret.

The  marriage , according a Dominican marriage certificate took  place on May 26'th 1994.

Both Lisa and Michael families  denied  the  event.

Lisa Marie  had  previously divorced Danny Keough-3 weeks bebore-  in the Dominican  Republic  where there's a law permitting quickie divorces in  less than  24 hours.

According the judge. Michael  did not  speak too much and looked like a  shy  child in a strange  world.

The ceremony  took  place at the  judge's house in the  outskirts  of the  city and  he had sent away  the  servants , his  wife and  his  children  to keep  everything under a tight lid as requested  by   the involved parties.

He wanted to marry Lisa while flying on an airplane  over  the  island,  but  the  judge said :

no  way  , Dominican Laws  do not  allow that.

Jackson requested then to be married over a mountain peak.

The island  boasts the  highest peak in the  Caribbean and  its  summit  can be  reached  in  about 3 days by foot and mules and it  gets  really cold up there.

Of  course the judge also  refused.

Did Lisa and Michael marry for love or  business?
