Popcorn must be the appetizer?

It was not easy to find pictures or video of Michael eating but according to one source it was stated that his favorite food was Mexican which happens to be one of my favorites as well. I will have to do some more investigating into this subject and see what his actual favorite dish is.

Anyone who has information to share in this matter please add the intel to my article for others to enjoy.

Low Fat Chicken Enchiladas. This is a favorite dish for many people! Before you start you will need these ingredients:

Mushroom Soup

1 chopped onion

1 Package corn tortillas

1 Cup lowfat Monterey Jack cheese

Okay, so now that you have everything that you are going to need, here is what you are going to do next. First start by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees. Now that, that is done you'll need to shred the chicken and then set it aside.

Next you'll want to heat the rest of your ingredients except for the cheese and tortillas. Pour the cream of mushroom and the evaporated skim milk in a sauce pan, heat and then set aside. Now spray a 9x13in pan with PAM. Heat the corn tortillas, then place the chicken on the middle and add some of the sauce. Roll and place in the pan. Finally top with cheese and pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas.

So there you have it! A delicious low fat meal that you and your family will be sure to enjoy. For more recipes like this one just go to http://www.todaysrecipepro.com/
