Phelps Olympic Gold

Michael Phelps won his 11th gold medal on Wednesday (his 5th in Beijing) and became the most successful Olypian ever. "When I think about it I keep tearing up. I almost don't know what to say," expresses Michael Phelps when asked how he feels about winning 11 gold medals.

As if that is not enough, each of the five medals Phelps has won in Beijing have broken world records. Phelps could break another record if he wins eight or more golds in a single Olympics games.

Overall, Michael Phelps is likely to swim 17 times in Beijing.

He still needs to complete the 200IM at 10:48am Friday, 100 Butterfly 10:10am Saturday, and the 4x100 Medley Relay at 10:58am Sunday (Beijing times).
