On the thirty-sixth anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, between the Arab states and Israel, the ominous sounds of war continue to escalate in the Middle East. As with that war, the potential for a new and more deadlier Mid East conflict continues to build up in that violent and blood stained region.  Although the Syrians and Egyptians were driven back from most of the regions of the Sinai and the Golan Heights, Israel came within a breath of losing the war and potentially igniting a Third World War.  The next war in the region will use far more deadlier weapons and the potential of the unleashing of nuclear weapons by a hostile Islamic fundamentalist power, Iran.

The Yom Kippur War saw more massed armored and infantry assaults by Syria and Egypt than missiles, and no weapons of mass destruction were used.  Israel came close to using its nuclear option, but the tide of war turned in their favor, and the rest of that war was a slogging match to maintain or grab territory before a ceasefire was imposed and subsequent peace negotiations began.  A war with Iran could be far more dangerous.  The scenario for a possible war with Iran continues...

Nov, 2010---As rescue and fire teams continue to deal with the scores of casualties, many still trapped in the still-burning ruins of Tel Aviv, a new wave of Shihab-3, Shihab-4 missiles have ben tracked by satellite leaving dozens of Iranian launching sites heading for scores of targets across Israel.  The second wave of Israeli strike aircraft and missile launches hit scores of Iranian nuclear and missile sites.  A quarter of Iran's nuclear weapons capacity has been severely damaged, but hundreds of targets associated with it and part of it remain intact.

On Israel's Northern frontier with Lebanon, ominous signs of an escalation of the war start to show, as Hezbollah has been spotted preparing to launch far more devastating missiles than were used during the 2006 war.  With a third of Israel's air force and reserves being used in the war with Iran and being readied for a strike against Syria, Israel readies at least a hundred fighters and fighter-bombers for a premptive strike against Hezbollah targets.

Before Israel can launch its strike against Hezbollah, the much-vaunted militia group launches twelve heavy missiles against Tel Aviv, while mortar and small to medium sized missile crews launch a heavy strike against Israel.  The new Hezbollah missiles reach sections of Tel Aviv not affected by the Iranian missiles. toppling several large skyscrapers into the streets.  As fireballs shoot in the sky from the toppled skyscrapers and the sound of crunching glass and metal twisting ring out across the devastated Israeli city, news that Syria is preparing to enter the war on Iran's side, as its strategic ally, crosses the global news feeds...

Hi, Foster Parent:

Stay tuned for the remaining several parts of the scenario, in which these possibilities are envisaged. Whether Iran develops the bomb, or not, or even has it, or intends to use it or not, its very presence will provoke a wider war in the Middle East.
