One tip that will help you identify possible triggers is to really focus on your diet.
One way that will help you track down possible suspect food items, is to examine the days that you suffer migraines and if there any patterns. For example, if you notice that you always suffer from migraines on a Sunday each week, then try to identify what you eat differently around this day compared to other days. It may come down to an artificial ingredient in some snack that you always consume on Saturday night may may be a potential trigger. This is actually what I found as one of several triggers that effected myself.
The process basically involves you eliminating a list of foods that you highly suspect as being your trigger. It is also quite likely that there are multiple migraine headache triggers, so don't just stop on the first one you discover.
There are however other powerful techniques that helped me overcome and stay on top of migraines. The techniques I used were all natural and and very cost effective.
