Magnesium Deficiency May Be a Root Cause for Migraine Sufferers

Many of the the symptoms of magnesium deficiency are identical to the conditions linked to migraine headaches. Identical symptoms include: sensitivity to noise and bright light, mitral valve prolapse, anxiety disorders, heart disease, menstrual cramps, nausea. For women, studies have noted that right before mentruation that magnesium levels tend to dip causing menstrual migraines. Alcohol can also deplete magnesium levels. Symptoms of hangovers are also same as the symptoms linked to magnesium deficiency.

The Recommended Daily Requirements of Magnesium:

  • Adult females: 310 milligrams
  • Pregnancy: 360-400 milligrams
  • Breastfeeding women: 320-360 milligrams
  • Adult males: 400 milligrams

Eating foods rich in Magnesium will make a huge difference! (Green veggies, beans, peas, nuts, seeds and whole unrefined grains).

A very quick and easy solution is taking a pharmaceutical grade liquid multivitamin that absorbs into the bloodstream, allowing relief within ten minutes.

I hope this information will give you the relief you deserve. Hang in there...

Very interesting. My mother, sister, brother, and husband all suffer from these. They are not pretty.

I'll pass the information along.
