If you have made new account at wordpress and want to move your weblog from blogger to wordpress then you can do it easily. Wordpress can only import your posts from blogger. So, you need to add your additional scripts or widgets of blogger in wordpress manually as it will not be done by wordpress itself. You can proceed like as- first make the backup of your scripts over a text files and save it for further needs. Login to wordpress account and find "import" section in "Tools" category present in left side dashboard of wordpress and click it. It will show up list of servers from where you can do imports like blogger, livejournal, typepad etc. Select "Blogger" and authorize wordpress to access your blogger account. You need to login to your blogger account in order to provide it access. You will then find Magic button "import" in wordpress after granting access to it. Press "import" to start and finish your importing.You can check your wordpress blog after successful import. Now add scripts and gadgets etc. to your wordpress account using "widget section" under "Appearance" category. Beware some advertisers require new registration for your new website like adbrite, widgetbucks etc. so apply freshly for them.
