We have been hearing different rumors about why Mike Healy left Xango. It is not my desire to spread any more rumors, but rather address the fact that, change is a part of life. Self-development is a fundamental part of being a leader. In this business people grow as leaders and individuals, and some times part of that growth involves moving on.
I, like many others benefited from Mike Healy’s teachings and motivation, and along with my admiration, he also gained my respect. Nevertheless, I'd like to address some facts here:
When a leader of the caliber of Mike Healy leaves a company it create insecurity on the people left behind. Especially when the company is about to release a brand new product that is expected to turn the cosmetic industry on its ear.
Why would someone with an organization as large as Mike Healy’s would leave at such at time. Xango is getting ready to release a new product is going to increase the sales volume of everyone's down-line so dramatically. Why leave now?
When someone is making the kind monthly income and quarterly bonuses that Mike Healy was earning, people are going to ask themselves; why would he leave that behind?
The answer seems obvious; Mike got an offer he couldn’t refuse. When you are a leader like Mike Healy, and have develop an organization as large as his, you are attractive to more that just your prospects. All types of companies seek after leaders like Mike.
Leaders like Mike Healy have people calling on them, and wanting to join their organization all the time. Mike understood the principles of Attraction Marketing a long time ago, and he knows that he can be successful regardless of the product or the opportunity he joins. It was only a matter of time, before some big company approached Mike with a very attractive offer. And that is just what happened.
That doesn’t make the opportunity with Xango any less awesome, or the one where Mike Healy moved to any better. We all make choices that fit our present situations, and at this time for Mike Healy moving on was on his best interest. I’d like to wish Mike Healy the best of luck, and I hope we get to meet on the beaches of the world.

James,
Sound to me like you know something I don't. But I still can't comment on Mike's reasons for leaving because I don't know for sure.
But I'll be honest with you, if he left a third party in charge of building his downline, the more credit for him.
One of the reasons that I like Xango other than for their amazing product, is that the compensation plan is so simple and versatile.
On the other side, the face of Network Marketing is changing, and it is more obvious here on the internet.
A savvy internet network marketer is neither married, or dependent on any one network marketing company.
The days of absolute loyalty are over...
Thank you for your comments here on and on my other posts, you are very kind.
Roberto
It's a pleasure to comment when one has such a gracious host. Out of interest, just how do you see the face of network marketing changing?

I wrote an article in my blog about this subject, I invite you to check it out at:

I believe that with the advent of the Internet some people, that would not have otherwise considered Network Marketing a dignified option, are changing their minds.
There are those that like me, feel that Internet Network Marketing can be a legitimate profession, and that if you take the time to learn to use the technology of the Web 2.0, you are going to be a lot more effective at reaching the masses that the traditional forms of adverting.
But most importantly, you won't have to mislead people in order to sell your product. Or promise them easy wealth when trying to recruit them.
I see people not only joining one network marketing company at the time, but several companies at once. I see them offering their products on virtual stores through out the Internet, and occasionally mentoring someone that has the desire to learn, and become a professional.
A professional Internet Network Marketer is going to be someone, with a very long list of clients; and all types of companies MLMs and others are going to cater to them because of their ability to move products single handedly.
A Network Marketer is going to be recognized by the pubic as a trusted consultant, rather than as a pestering peddler.
I see the current economical situation as a time of cleansing. Those stuck on the old way of doing business are going to be washed out by their inability to change and adapt; and those that can see the wave of change coming our way are going to be able to rise to the top, and reap the rewards that come with being a leader and an innovator.
I am sorry if I am getting long winded, I see a lot of potential, and I get excited, maybe I should make this an article by itself.
I hope I answer you question, and I didn’t just rambled along boring you to tears.
Thanks calling me gracious, it is easy to be gracious when you are talking with an informed, caring person like you.

Roberto, these are most interesting thoughts and predictions and to a certain extent, I agree. However, I also disagree, in that 2.0 has upped the ante and I believe that the lone network marketer has been left behind and will soon be even more so.
My guess is that people like you (and hopefully, me) will become respected and become the spokesmans for downlines, who will then be educated participate in the 2.0 aspects of the businesses as that keyword-rich participation is what search engines will need..
Spokesmen will, when established, run advertising co-ops for their members across various media, who will reward him/her handsomely both actively (in paying for the ad campaigns) and passively in the building of downlines.
What do you think?

Hello Sir,,,
I just heard last two weeks ago that Mike and Stacey were BOOTED from Xango for cross recrtuiting and thereby breaking the terms and conditions. He was turned in by another xango member that contacted communications and compliance and they then booted him... thus, the upline would gain from his "loss" Where was Mike and Stacey from/ Salt Lakc City,Utah? or other city? I wanted to talk with him and cannot find his info anymore. I also heard that he was peddling AMBIT energy or something.. I hope not... I was "recruited" by a so called former xango 20K and then I checked it out. It is not a good thing and is based on greed. I predict it will fail. I believe in Texas it was deemed a ponzi anyway... It just launched in Dec. in NY State. All it does is trade billing into a conduit,,, without a true "pay it forward" system. XanGo has a product that works... and it is a true marketing method. Too bad so many are so skeptical or would rather live with pain/problems... stubborn...
Rick
This is some great info, people. We really appreciate you for taking the time to get the discussion out on the table. I was curious about this myself and did some searching and found Mike's number and called him 3 days ago.
What a great guy. Full of info... and he talked to me and gave me his valuable insight into this industry for an hour.
He said that he was booted out of Xango after he joined the energy company (He's no longer a part of that company) for extra income. He wanted to get people into business with him that had told him "NO" to his Xango opportunity.
He said rumors were spread very quickly and the booting out happened very quickly as well. He claims he did nothing wrong, and I usually take a man at his word until he proves untrustworthy.
I know it was not his wish to leave Xango, but of course he's trying to make lemonade out of lemons, as any business man of his caliber would.
That's what I know now about this situation. I hope I was helpful.
I am totally blown away about Mike and Stacy. Why don't they look at George Buckingham. That man moves people over and over again, to fit his downline. He has taken people out of my business and just moved them. He has even bragged about putting his dead mother in to suit his business. He uses her SS# for 6 months and then puts someone else in her place. If Xango cared about policy and procedures, they would check out this crook. He has soured lots of people on Xango. But when confronted, George says he is making Xango rich and they would never touch him. My best goes out to Mike and his family. He's a TRUE star that will always shine!!!
Mike and Stacy Healy did not leave XanGo; their account was terminated by XanGo for a for breach of contract. Although they may have been great Distributors, XanGo does cannot make exceptions for any individual who does not follow their policies as outline. His situation was under review for approximately seven months; XanGo will not terminate a Distributor unless they have sufficient evidence that policy was abused. However, it is vitally important for the success of XanGo and its Distributors that their policies are followed; this sometimes results in a sad parting with Distributors like Mike and Stacy.
The great news is that they will be successful wherever they venture and I'm sure they will remain mindful of the terms they commit to in the future with other contracts they pursue. Goodluck to Mike and Stacy with future opportunities!
The Healy's are now in a company called Local AdLink. They left the energy company last year. Anyway, Local Ad Link is run by CEO Robert McNulty who has a checkered past. Violated SEC laws in the past and was dead broke a few short years ago according to Nevada Dist court records..during a debtor exam under oath. I think they jumped the gun on this one. Very scary. The guy that supposedly brought the opportunity to them is Chad Wickline of Ohio is now in prison. Crazy world we live in.
Perhaps you should call Mike Healy (ME) to find out the truth.
It cracks me up to see and read about the "speculation" of what I did or didn't do.
Keep up the great work!
Last time I checked, the truth eventually comes out.
Mke might be cracking up but his buddy Chad Wickline ain't laughing at the Federal penitentiary much. Many of the other suspects that fired this thing up are headed there to. One of their big speakers Dr Scott Elliott has been busted before also. They all ran a previous scam called Burnlounge. The feds took them down a couple of years ago. Some of the heavy hitters have allready begun to leave LAL, I have heard the big launch in Las Vegas was a bust.
I truly hope the Healys find their way. I remember Mike using the good book in his trainings years back. He was fond of bending the parable of the sower to his advantage, a lesson he learned from the likes of Jim Rohn, hopefully he will open the good book back up and read the parable of the sower again and gain a better understanding of it. If your reading this, visit the parable of the prodigle son also, your always welcome back.
Tere is a lesson in this for all of us. Best of luck Mike.
Well my opinion is every person has the right to choose the company they want as long as they dont screw around with their "old" downline. Stealers and Predators is what nobody wants.
Another reason why Healey and Citron left is simply the way they build their business, streamlining caught many peoples attention but everybody knew and told them that its not the way to build a business.
Well they were in for the quick Pin and regocnition and now what they have 10 or 20 000 people and no volume while others who build the business wide and solid have half the amount of people and make 70 000 US a month.
So dont blame it on xango prices or FDA or whatever blame it on their way of building a business and be aware when you join them that they may just be in for the quick buck again.
I wish them luck they will find out the the grass may look greener at the moment on the other site but that they still have to mov it.
Next time Mike and Corey build your business smart and you will be around much longer
I just finished reading Doug Wead’s “Why I Joined Xango”.
I, like him, don’t like binaries, and made my choice of company by the product's attractiveness to the consumer, and a commission structure that made sense to me.
I have been with another network marketing company in the past and that left me with a bad taste of mouth. I didn’t want to build another down-line if I didn’t want to.
Streamlining allowed me to build a customer base all on my own, but once a leader popped out, I was forced to change my strategy. The versatility to build any way you want has its downfalls, and one of them is that it lends itself to promote laziness, and attracts people that are looking to get something for nothing.
Placing hundreds of people one under each other only works well on paper. I am with you; once I decided to build my team I wanted to build a solid foundation and a solid income.
In my opinion it is the responsibility of a leader to make sure your people know how to build a solid business. After all, with the right commission structure, their success is your success.
Healy is a scammer..... He has dragged his faithful through three MLM's. He capitalizes on the sign up commissions until they flatten out then drags his suckers to a new "pre-launch" with good people 'who he trusts" He is a leach plain and simple and the sooner people realize it the better.i think the "roid" are eatin at his heart, cause its lookin more and more like he ain't got one... out...
Unfortunately the spotlight of leadership brings with it detractors as well as admiration. Mike has show a unique ability to build a large organization. Last time I looked, it was still a free, capitalistic society. If Mike feels that there is a better opportunity for himself and his followers, he not only has a right but an obligation to aprise his team of that opportunity.
In most cases, these leaders move because of contract breaches not on the part of themselves but by the companies themselves.
The attraction of getting rid of the big paychecks but retaining the big downlines is much too great for some Networking companies.
Good luck in your new venture Mike, whatever it may.

That is a very astute article, Roberto. However, it may also be that Mike couldn't grow Xango because of:
1 the FDA restrictions on testimonials
2 the recession may have significantly reduced his downline/income. Xango ain't cheap!
3 he needed to resign to put his face to another product. However, his downline might be built via a third party (his wife) and so potential loss is minimized.
