There are a few things (like spots) that are not looking natural on your face and they also could be embarassed because you won't like how you're looking if you've got a dark mole on your face. Some of those are painless, but some could be a real problem and there also could be cancer there and you have to be sure to see a dermatologist in order not to have any real problems about it. It's very important to focus on your health and take care about your skin (proper care) in order not to have any long term problems.

Let's talk each of one and talk about how painful, contagious and problematic could each of this one be:

• warts - are painless, pieces of harmless skin on your face - are caused by a virus and because of that you have to be careful about it. They are contagious and because of that if one of them is picked then you can inffect someone else, so be careful about it. The general idea is that this are harmless, altough you could have this is some specific areas and then you have to go to a specialist in order to be sure you're not having longer problems. The general idea about warts is that they are unpleasant and could cause some embarassement (for example you could have a wart on the face) and because of that you could have some problems with self-esteem and confidence and you won't live a happy life. It's very important to be confident with yourself in order to live a happy life, because if you are not going to do it, then it's not so cool about it. Don't let warts dominate your life, you have to do it. There are many people using over the counter medications/creams in order to get rid of warts and trying to fade/or to make them dissapear.
• skin tags - are harmless and this time they are not caused by a virus, but they are caused by the natural aging process - they do appear in the middle age. The only thing about them is that they could be irritated and they could become painful - the clothes are going to irritate it, if you're not using the right ones. There is basicaly no medical or any other reasons to remove them, unless you don't really like the idea and the "cosmectics" of your face and you want to remove them - choose to see a dermatologist in order to be sure you're not going to have any more problems about it.
• moles - are something natural that many of the people do have and because of that they do must think about their "not so natural" aspects. They could have cancer in them, this is a think you have to know about it. It's not so easy to accept it, but if you're going to take care of yourself you need to go to the doctor in order to be sure you're not having bigger problems with them. There are also cases of bloated moles and you need some real treatments for it in order to be sure you got it right - things like freezing, burning or even extractions are good in order to remove the moles but the idea is that the mole could look just natural but you could really have skin cancer - melanona - so, take care!
• cysts are a collection of "fluid" that are going to appear on your skin and you won't have to much problems about it. For example even a tooth abscess is a cysts, because it contains some puf. The basic idea is that you need to take care not only for the cyst, but for the source/the cause that produced it and try to stop.

   Basicaly, when having mole skin tag warts problems, it's better to see a doctor/dermatologist in order to make the right and the best decision for you.
