10 Ways to Monetize Your Blog

How to Monetize Your Blog

Many people have started to get into blogging because it is a great outlet for authors and is also a great way to make money online. I like to blog because it is a release for the artist inside, but in the end my goal is to brand myself as a webrepreneur and marketer.

Lots of people want to make money online, but many don't know the first thing about monetization, monetization strategy, or how to properly monetize a blog. The keys to monetization are not just in service, but the services you use to monetize can make a big difference.

I use nearly 15 different monetization strategies. On some of my sites I may use only a few, but overall I've found that different sites require different monetization strategies.

However, if you are new to blogging or monetization, where should you start? Lucky for you I've designed a free ebook called 10 Ways to Monetize Your Blog that covers 10 various ad networks and different ways you can implement them. I've spent years learning how to do this and I see no reason not to share my strategies. I hope you find it useful!

Monetize Your Brand

There are many other methods of monetization that don't have anything to do with ads. You can create an authority site and sell your own ebooks or you can create a membership site and offer your customers more value than the entry fee requires. Whatever you do, make sure that your methods match your brand and that you focus on building equity in your business every day.

Being able to be home this year and spend time with my family is a remarkable feeling.Saturday Project Update – Thanks, Happiness, and Being a Blogger in 2010 is a post from: Nathan Hangen - 6 days ago
