ZenZuu
ZenZuu has a Myspace feel to it. The difference is that this one requires you to register under a sponsor.
That means, as an account holder when you invite your friends and other such co-horts, they have basically no alternative, but to use your link.
Money comes through ZenZuu.com ad revenue. They make money and share it with their users. I can't think of any other way to compete in the online social network game with Myspace and Facebook around.
If you're interested, here's your Sponsorship: ZenZuu
MyLot
MyLot is probably best suited for the chatty-cathy. Really, I only recommend this one if you enjoy posting on forums and joining discussions and whatnot. I'm not an expert user--I haven't even been a member long, but it's there, it's an option and you may be interested in earning some spare change with a hobby you've got or are ready to cultivate:
Squidoo
Squidoo probably competes with Hubpages, so I hope I don't get kicked off for sharing this, but oh well, it might be your kind of thing along with HubPages.
Squidoo doesn't have a referral program, but they work similarly to HubPages, only they call 'em Lens's instead of Hubs.

Maybe my redeeming P.S.?
You could probably use your Squid to promote your Hubs ;-D
MyPowerMall
Ok, let me preface my note with the truth of my experience: none. I'm not registered with them, I don't have an affiliate account and I haven't shopped at anyone else's PowerMall.
On the other hand, I do have a pretty good radar for the rampant internet idiocy and correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't seem to make a strong blip. Here's why:
It makes sense to me that they can afford to pay you $0.56 in a month you purchase $100 worth of products. (You buy and recieve actual merchandise.)
That seems like a very believable rebate.
It also makes sense that if you've refer 9 people and there are 10 shoppers (completing your Level 2) spending $100/month they can pay you $11.20 . If they each refer people (making your Level 3) you'd get $232.
In a perfect theoretical model making it up to Level 9 with 100,000,000 shoppers spending $100 per month you'd end up with:
$24,000,000 every month.
So, in theory, it sounds cool. Anyway, your link (that leads to a "potential income calculator"): MyPowerMall
