Honey-Coffee Drizzled Ice Cream
1 pint vanilla or french vanilla ice cream
honey
instant coffee or chocolate-covered espresso beans, chopped
Divide the Ice cream among 4 bowls or dessert dishes.
Drizzle the honey over the ice cream.
Sprinkle the instant coffee granules or chopped chocolate-covered espresso beans over the ice cream and honey.
Blueberries & Shortbread with Tea-Flavored Whipped Cream
Instant tea powder
Whipped Cream
Blueberries
Shortbread Cookies
Stir the instant tea powder into whipped cream and spoon over the blueberries and shortbread cookies.
Honey-Citrus Topping
Honey
Grated lemon, lime, or orange peel and the juice from the lemon, lime, or orange.
Sliced Bananas
Oatmeal Cookies
1. Mix the honey with the grated lemon, lime, or orange peel and the juice.
2. Drizzle over oatmeal cookies topped with sliced bananas.

Great. Texture. Taste. Wholesome ingredients. If you put shortbread with ice cream, take advantage of it by drizzling brandy or whisky onto it. Even better, use French 'Palets Bretons', which are crumblier and more absorbent than shortbread (and more nourishing, because they contain egg).
