A healthy mind in a healthy body is the essence of being healthy, peaceful, successful and a meaningful in life. Our entire life is revolve around what we thinks and how we reacts to different circumstances what decisions are taken by us whether they are right or wrong .

People who are successful in life possess the mental strength to overcome all the obstacles of life.Thus we need to build strong mind within us .

To possess a strong mind, we must have the inner motivation or a strong will power that puts you on the right path to attain your goals,.this motivation can be developed by
 reading books about self motivated people . Have a positive approach towards life.we are engulfed by so much of negativity that it becomes next to impossible to withdraw those thoughts from our minds .
But still beyond all the odds if we are determined we shall over come all the odds and stand out shinning amongst all ,this could only be done if you have strong set of mind .

So be focused as well as relaxed. Before you star on a new project jot down all the pro and corns that you might encounter on your way to achieve your goal are reach your target.
Think about some practical solutions which you would imply if you are stuck ,there is always an alternative to all we do ,so why not use that alternative to seek your goals ,but yes they should be good ones ,do not go for wrong method as those deals do not last for long they have very short life .

Believe in thy self its key to success. To achieve, we need self confidence and belief in your own abilities. Here is when your strong mind is put to test when you overcome all obstacles and yet you do not loose your patience.
Always befriend a motivational ,inspirational and a positive attitude person they act as 1 and 1 =11 not 1+1=2 its the company affect on you ,so be choosy where seeking friends count .

The most important thing we need to remember is meditation, a person who meditate has a cool head he can make good decision .exercise at least 3 days a week so that you have disease free body as well as sound mind which is a gift of meditation ,its never too late overcome your anger hastiness and be calm and content now.Its time to start afresh even when we are students we need to stick to this attitude it keeps you bright and intelligent

.BE ASSERTIVE KNOW WHAT YOU REALLY WANT IN LIFE AND DO ALL THAT YOU CAN TO REACH YOUR GOALS ,I F YOU FAIL TRY AGAIN ULTIMATELY YOU WILL ATTAIN WHAT YOU WANT IN LIFE .KEEP YOUR SPRIT HIGH .TAKE EACH NEW DAY TO BE A BEGANING THINK WHAT YOU WILL DO TODAY ,SUCCESS WILL BE YOUR NO MATTER WHAT ARE THE OBSTACLES .

Always dare to make mistake as the next step would be success.be spiritually enlightened and relieve yourself of mental and physical stress.The roads of life sometimes lead to places we do not want to go. the path may be long and short , smooth or rocky , crooked or straight ,do not fear ,one who fears diminish and one who dares flourish .
