I love Mountain Biking

Mountain biking is one of the best out door activities in the entire world.  Now if you ride your mountain bike on the street or just through your neighbor hood then your missing the point.

I am talking about riding on trails and in the mountains. My favorite is to ride trails that are all down hill.  My friends and I do this by taking two cars parking one at the bottom of the hill.  Taking the bikes up to the top, park that car, ride down, drive up to get the other car and done.  Then it can be an all down hill ride and those are the best.

Check out this video of these crazy mountain bikers.  Now this is NOT me.  I would kill myself if I did this...

Mountain Bike Exercise

I love using mountain biking as an exercise.  In the spring and summer I try to get out and mountain bike at least twice a week.  This is great exercise, especially when I do it regularly.

I'm not much into running and so I love to do the things I enjoy as exercise.  Things like hiking and biking. I also enjoy doing home video exercises for muscle toning and those types of exercises.

I'll share more about my mountain biking experiences in other hubs.  See you there.

I'm heading out soon.

Daylight savings time is coming soon and that means that there is more daylight to ride the trails.

I live in a little town called Black Diamond and there are some killer mountain bike trails about 1 minute from where I live.  In fact I ride my bike to the trails.

There are over 30 miles of trails in this one area and I am looking forward to getting out and shredding it up.  I'm going to take some pics one of these days and post it up here.

But until then I'll be out on the trails.

I'm a decent dirt-jumper and ride a lot of park - but ladders scare the beejeezus outta me! That trail looked sick...
