I mourn

Living among wild beast-

fervent in their desire to fulfill their bellies

I mourn

Among the depression that lies in society-

death nigh and inevitable

Mourning for the sake of my soul

during the accumulation of fiery trials

neglected as an infant

walking down treacherous roads

paths of gratifications of others

foolish is the pride of the powerless

constantly debating his misfortunes as a travesty

not considering others in the same boulevards

not considering that their lives regardless of currency reckoned

something

persuaded is this foolish powerless, prideful individual

that walks down the streets- arrogant

as though a fulfillment has occur of great stature

not knowing that his fate along side others will be worse

than his current state

some call this karma

I call it the Power of the Living God:

Chastising by the irony and fate that drove this individual to their wickedness.
