The famous TV sitcom that first aired on August 23, 1998 and ran for 8 seasons, is about the life of teenagers living in the fictional place of Point Place, Wisconsin. A few famous actors got their career start during that time, including comedy king Ashton Kutcher.
2. Happy Days
The famous TV sitcom aired from 1974 to 1984 and represented an ideal life during the 1950's and 1060's in America.
3. Laverne and Shirley
Famous TV comedy that was a spin off from "Happy Days." This show featured two characters (Laverne and Shirley) who were earlier introduced in the show Happy Days. When the show began, the two characters, who were also roomates, worked in a Milwaukee Brewery. The show ran from 1976 till 1983.

Mr. 3000
The famous 2004 movie, featuring Bernie Mac and Angela Bassett, is a story of a Milwaukee Brewers baseball superstar, who reached 3,000 hits. The player became selfish and ignorant, and left the Milwaukee brewers in the midst of their playoff run. Years after retirement, it is concluded that the player only has 2,997 hits so the player decides to come out of retirement and defend his title. In the meantime, he must battle the new stars of the team, who only know him as a selfish player, as well as the media and the coaches. Does he ever reach 3,000 hits?
The Blues Brothers
The famous movie from 1980 that grossed over $115 Million was actually filmed in Milwaukee and not in Chicago where the plot takes place.
Major League
Scenes from the 1989 comedy about the Cleveland Indians baseball team were actually shot in Milwaukee's County Stadium (Former stadium of the Milwaukee Brewers)
Fever Lake
The 1996 horror featuring Mario Lopez was filmed in Carthage College, Kenosha, Wisconsin which is about 45 minutes away from Milwaukee.
Amityville Horror
The famous horror movies was shot in Silver Lake, Wisconsin, which became a big tourist spot after the success of the movie.

You forgot one: Ed Gein: The True Story. That's not the exact title, but it's about the serial killer who lived Plaineville, WI. I heard about that one from my grandparents and was talking to your son about that. That freaks people out because his story inspired "Psycho" and "The Texas Chainsaw Masscure" movies
