How to invest in shares

Some could say they've lost more than I could ever make. My first suggestion is see a financial guru who you trust and has a reputation a friend or associate also trusts. He should guide you with issues like level of risk comfort, amount you can work with and what's the purpose of investing. Using stocks has to be part of your investment porfolio strategy, but maybe it's not the smartest thing to do it yourself.
There's tons of financial investment firms, so just evaluate them for what you are comfortable with. It some cases, just using a good RSP plan or annuity plan works just fine, you could probably sleep a lot better too.
