Muscle definition
69MUSCLE DEFINITION
GET MUSCLE DEFINITION NOW!
Who wants muscle definition? I know I do, and you do too, Right? I thought so. Have you ever asked yourself why some people at the gym are so well defined and you're not? The first thing that most of you are thinking right now is that you can't achieve it because it's purely genetic. If so, you're wrong. Yes it's a lot easier for some people to build muscle definition than others but that doesn't mean you can't do the same if you work hard and just follow simple procedures.
THAT'S JUST NOT ENOUGH!
People often change their work out routine when they want to work on muscle tone definition by switching from heavy to light weights with more repetitions per exercise. That is definitely one way to obtain great muscle definition, but that's not all. Besides your workout routine, your body fat percentage and your diet are the biggest part of the process. You must reduce your calorie intake as well. What does that mean? It simply means, to eat differently and lighter, more proteins, less carbs, and most of all, foods that are low on fat and cholesterol. Don't think of this as dieting, You don't need to starve yourself, just eat right. If you are craving for sweets, eat some fruits. Try staying away from any beverages that are high on sugar. Drink lots of water, it's good for you.
DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME...
It doesn't really matter how well or hard you workout, the fact is if you don't make proper changes to your eating habits, you're wasting your precious time because you will not build proper muscle definition. When I first started working out, I used to make that same mistake over and over again. I thought dieting was for people who had lots of excess fat and needed to lose weight, I must admit I was dead wrong. During the first year, I was working out like a maniac and ate everything on site. I got big quickly but I didn't look good enough. I know most guys at the gym just want to get big. I've been big all my life, and believe me; it feels a lot better to look well defined. I don't like to run but I love playing sports. I get involved in different sports activities like, tennis, basketball, and swimming. For some of you who are not big sports fan and don't like to run, try speed walking or just walking. The point I'm tyring to make is that, we all can build great muscle definition as long as we stick to an exercise routine and a diet plan that works for us. Remember, what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. Recently, I found a website that worked great for me because their diet plan was very informative and super friendly. A friend of mine also told me about bodybot. There's a little video clip that works you through some real good exercise routine. I laughed too when I first heard the name, but it's good. Most of all, the way you look and feel starts with you. For more great finess tips, you can visit fitnesstipsforall. Take good care of yourself.

Thanks for this article, I don't engage in as much physical activities as I would love to, but there's always time for a healthy snack. What do you think about substituting fruit and veggie juices for fruits?
Thanks for the article and the other websites. I checked out the diet plan. It looks fair enough, except I think the days where you have to eat only fruits and only vegetables are going to be tough. I guess everything good in life require sacrifices...
The following is the answer to Keyzman's question: I think substituting fruit and and veggie juices for fruits is a great idea because by eating fruits, you're taking in less calories and the fruits will keep you fuller for a longer period of time . Think about it, let's take apple for example, even if you use a juicer, you'd need to use about four apples to get a decent glass of juice. If you choose to eat the apple instead, you might only eat 2 or even 3, which is still less than 4 and you can drink a glass of water right after if you prefer. Hope that satisfied your question. Have a great day.
Thank you for those informative steps especially the eating habit tips. However, I am having trouble geting the defienition that I want for my legs. any sugestions. thanks

A very solid article; it could have been shorter, but the message came across soundly. Keep up the good work.
This article is to the point and i will try some of those steps, but it's very hard to stay away from all the bad food especially when your the cook in your house. How do you know when your taking in too much?
Thank you for this article, i see that i've waisting my time with all those crazy diets... I will try those steps and keep you updated. Again Thank you.
The following is the answer to Sean's question: I understand where you're coming from because I had to deal with similar situations. Listen to this; You should get into the habits of cooking a bit healthier. Remember healthy cooking can also be very tasty. For example, more vegetables and less carbs. D'ont over do it, take your time until you feel you comfortable with the process. Another trick is to eat small portions of food and healthy snacks througout the day. I also try keeping healthy snacks aroud the house. Majority of people eat when they get really hungry and end up taking in way too much without realizing what they're doing. Personally, I eat about six times a day and never really get hungry. Try the above technique and get back to me with the end result. Talk to you soon
