Ingredients:

You need:

4 sliced mushrooms of your choice

1 tbsp chopped white onion

1 tbsp chopped bell pepper

2 eggs

3 egg whites

1 chopped tomato

1 organic whole wheat pita

1/2 of a sliced avocado


 How to do it:

1. Coat a skillet with cooking spray

2. Over medium heat, add mushrooms,onions and peppers

3. Cook for 5 minutes

4. In a large bowl, whisk or combine the eggs, egg whites and tomato until its frothy

5. Pour the egg and tomato mixture into the skillet

6. Cook for 4 minutes, while continously stirring the mixture.

7. When eggs are already cooked to fimness, fill each pita pocket with the mixture and top with avocado slices.

8. Eat and Enjoy
