The Effect of Music

The effect of music is discussed among all cultures and throughout the centuries.

Music therapy or auditive stimulation therapy has been tried and tested for quite some time with varying results.

For tinnitus, a study reported from the University of Witten Herdecke, Germany showed positive results from music therapy.

Consider that if healthcare providers are using music therapy, perhaps people can spend a little more time thinking about the therapeutic effects that music can have on their life.  It would even be possible to chart your own results as a consequence of listening to varying different types of music.

Have you ever felt that when you listen to one specific type of music you feel drained of energy and perhaps even saddened, whereas when you listened to other kinds of music you suddenly had a lot more energy and a positive perspective?

What if you could determine your own productivity levels in each day by monitoring and administering your own form of music therapy that is tailored to your individual results?  Is it worth a try??

Music is magical! As a musician who has performed on stage thousands of times I can bear witness to the fact that music has a powerful impact on the behavior of people. Thanks!

Nice Hub!

I also strongly believe in the the power of Music Ministry & Music therapy!

It calms the agitations of the soul and often goes right pass the intellect. I love all types; Gospel, classical, jazz ...it is such a wonderful artistic way to express one self!

It definitely can set or change a mood, revive and encourage your spirit.

Welcome
