Obesity is curable

The two most effective ways of lose weight are by eating a low calorie diet and increasing activity, especially physical exercise. Obese persons tend to be inactive. To lose body weight, one has to reduce daily energy intake and increase energy expenditure. i.e., use up energy that comes into the body in the form of food and drink by doing physical exercise. Moderate and constant exercise is essential in order to burn up the ingested calories and also stored fats Physical exercise can be in the form of walking, jogging, running, swimming, tennis, cycling etc. As a rule, sports or physical exercise should be carried out in a relaxing, green environment where sufficient clean oxygen will be inhaled to burn up the energy. Target is 300 kilo calories of energy consumption per session of exercise. The intensity of exercise should suit an individual’s physical condition. Heart patients and others with health problems should seek advice from a doctor before starting an exercise program. But if physical exercise becomes a part of your lifestyle, obesity can be overcome. A low calorie diet is the other essential measure to bring down body weight. Obese individuals should stay on low or calorie·controlIed diets all their lives, initially for weight loss and then for weight maintenance A diet should be tailored to an individual’s tastes and lifestyle. The daily low calorie diet should be nutritionally adequate and well balanced, containing the correct proportions of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins, minerals and ample dietary fiber as well as water The calorie intake should ideally be between 1600 to 2200 kilo calories a day depending on an individual’s activity, Of the sources of calories, 25 per cent should be fat, 15 per cent from protein and 60 per cent from carbohydrates. Though more recent trends might say otherwise for an effective ways to lose weight, an average individual should consume about 30-50 gm of fat, 1.089 I kilo body weight of protein and 150-300 gm of sugar daily

Fat should preferably be from vegetable unsaturated fat. With a smaller portion from Hash and animal meat. Protein should ideally be from vegetables or beans. Especially soybean. Fish is also a good source of protein. Meat protein should be the least. Carbohydrates should preferably be from fruits, beans or whole-grain bread rather then from white bread, potatoes and white rice. Supplement with vitamins, minerals and fibers from a wide variety of green vegetables and fruits.

The job of the doctor in combating obesity is to be as supportive and helpful as possible. Obese individuals should actively control diet, and try to make an active, effective Long-term physical exercise program a part of their lifestyle rather than resorting to passive drug treatment. Drugs in weight control have been used as short term, additional treatment to diet and exercise. The use of drugs has been disappointing due to small effects on weight loss. Besides their side effects can be very harmful to health, causing problems such as sleep disturbances psychosis and even damage to organs such as the liver.

In conclusion, always stick to the natural, original, exercise… and succeed!
