I have two of the most beautiful children in the whole wide world. My daughter is 22 and my son is 24. My daughter is in college in Ottawa, Ontario and my son is working for a lawn care company in Oshawa, Ontario.

My two children have been through a lot in their lives. They have been through living in poverty to living through a divorce and a remarriage and living through the death of their grandmother. All of that was really tough of them.

All of what they have gone through in their lives though has made them a better person. They are well-mannered and very respectful of others. Sure, they have made their mistakes, but they have learned from them.

My son is expecting to be a father for the first time this August and just the sound of his voice when he told me on the phone he was going to have a boy will be in my heart forever. He was so happy and so excited.

My daughter is putting her own way through college right now and I am so priviledged when she asks me to help her with her homework. It is our special mommy-daughter time and I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world.

I am very proud of my two children and what they are accomplishing and what they are doing in their lives right now. They are the best kids any mother could ever have and I am lucky to have them as my children.
