Work Experience:
ONE YEAR TEACHING ASSISTANT DURING MY FINAL YEAR AT SCHOOL: AUG 2005-JUNE 2006
Two hours each week assisting in 1st year Secondary English and Maths classes
INFORMAL TEACHING IN TUNISIA: JUNE 2008-AUG 2008
Taught English to family members ranging from age 7-45 years old
I taught them common phrases that I knew in Arabic to English
Pronunciation of the English alphabet, grammar and basic to intermediate spelling rules
I used games and pictures to enhance their English vocabulary that I didn’t know how to say in Arabic which in turn improved my Arabic or Tunisian dialect
I taught all English abilities, right from beginner to advanced
