My Dog begging for food and attention
64
Naturally dogs love to bed for food and want to grab attention from their owners. Some owners will feel funny and cute looking at their dogs begging for food and attention but in opposite some owners will hate it. Sometimes, just imagine when you are not in good mood and cooking in the kitchen, would don't you feel irritated when your little dog cringing for food due to your delicious cooking aroma.
I feel annoying before providing dog training for my dog. It will start to beg for food and attention whenever it can sense the aroma of delicious food. Would like to share what I know with all dog owners as I believe there are owners who hate it when their dogs start to beg for attention and food!
First, why will dog beg for food? Begging is actually demanding but in a defending control and convoluted way. I guess there are a lot of dog owners whom do not aware that this natural tendencies have high probability to turn your dog as aggressive dog in future if proper dog training is not provided.
Dog owners are not aware that when your heart goes out to see your doggie sitting and staring at the plate of food when you are having dinner, the probability of your dog become aggressive grows high once you decided by giving him a bite.
I found a case study that will be informative to explain the changing of your dog from begging to aggressive dog behavior problem.
"Jamie used to feed his golden retriever-Lady small pieces of food whenever she is having hers. When Lady grown up and become an adult dog, it starts to feel that the small pieces of foods is not enough. Now, the problem arises. Jamie never realizes that she had help to enhance Lady dominant dog behavior by just giving her little pieces of food every time she is begging! The situation worsen when lady perform a rude shock just to get the food from Jamie. Apparently, it is a dangerous situation. One day when Jamie refused to give any food to Lady, she jump up onto her plate and snapped at the food. Contribute to little bit of Jamie's flesh with it. So now, will you still believe or think that your dog will not bite your hand or hurting you? This only happened if you can always giving him food every time he begs for it! "
