My Favourite Rock Band is 54-40

When I have a favourite rock band, they are the only band I listen to at that time. Right now, my favourite rock band is 54-40. I have been listening to them for about six months now.

Before 54-40, I was listening to Tragically Hip then Oasis then the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Now, all of the bands I listen to and love have all been recommended to me from my son. I think my son has the best taste is music ever. I only like rock and roll music. I have tried listening to country and lately when I listen to country music it makes me cringe. There is absolutely nothing better than a good rock and roll song with solid lyrics and a solid beat.

Who are 54-40? 54-40 are a Canadian rock band that have actually been around for years. Both my son and I didn't realize this fact and we both wish we had found them years ago. 54-40 is a Vancouver based band.

54-40's hottest song is "Ocean Pearl" and is one totally awesome song. "Ocean Pearl" was one of the songs that made 54-40 the band they are today. It was one of their biggest hits ever.

Other songs from 54-40 that I absolutely love are "Blue Sky",  "Golden Sun", "She Lies to Me", "I Go Blind", "One Gun", "Miss You", "You Should Come Over", "Angel in my Bed" and "One Day in Your Life".

I usually go through a favourite band every three months or so but 54-40 are still going strong as my favourite. I will be listening to them for a long time to come.
