I know I'm still very young and still have a lot to learn about making marriage work, but so far Rommel and I are doing great, and I just want to share all these things to people who might be interested.

1. Never nag. Ask questions, but don't ask too many questions, instead, wait for your partner to feel comfortable about telling you things. Also, if you want something done, tell your partner once but make it clear and make sure he heard you, so later on it wouldn't be an issue.

2. Say "I Love You" only when you mean it, don't say it just because you want something from your partner.

3. Make Love. Having sex and making love are two very different things. Making love is more than just fulfilling your lust, it's about connecting with your partner in an act enjoyable to both of you. Making love is more satisfying than just sex.

4. Give each other space. Don't be like a hawk hovering over its prey. Make your partner be able to feel free to do his own thing and you should do yours.

5. Spend time together. It's not the amount of time you spend together, it's the quality of the time spent together that matters, don't waste time on petty arguments, if you must argue, find a way to do it without ending it with a fight.

6. Spend time together with the kid/s and let your kid/s decide what you'll do, it's super fun, not just for the kid but for the parents as well.

7. Learn to love your partner's quirks. It maybe annoying sometimes, but then again, these are exactly the things that you find "cute" about him/her.

8. Once in a while, give your partner a massage. Everybody loves to get a massage.

9. When in a quarrel, regardless of who started it or whose fault it was, apologize and mean it. Swallow your Pride, pride is the one thing that can really mess up a relationship.

10. Don't make sex a routine. Explore each other's body, hey you're married, this is not a time to be shy. After all it says in the bible that a husband and wife should be able to enjoy each other, check out I Corinthians 7
