My journey to online success

I never would have thought I would be making extra money online right now. I'm glad I got into the world of online money making because it has saved me a whole lot of money and helped me pay off bills and pay for my children's child care. My journey wasn't very easy at first but with a lot of trial and error, I make a steady income of at least $300- $500 extra a month....and I didn't pay a dime to make that money. Let me tell you about how I got started working from home on the Internet.

Wasn't looking to make extra money online at first

At first I was not looking to work a part time job since my family's income was more then enough to pay all the bills in the house. Once money started to get a little tight that was when I started looking online for part time jobs.

It all started back in January of 2008 when I was online at work looking for ways to make money online in a forum Work From Home forum on Cafemom. I wanted to work from home because I have two little ones and I'm already away from them all day since I have a full time job so I didn't want to be away from them even more. While searching the forums I came across a mother posting a program called CashCrate. She was claiming you can make hundreds of dollars a month for free and it was risk free. I thought to myself this sounds like a scam but I'll go ahead and check it out anyway...it doesn't hurt to look. Cashcrate was claiming that you can get paid for completing offers and surveys which were high paying. Also they said there were no sign up fee. Seeing that sign up was free made me sign up right away.

After signing up I seen several pages of offers to complete for cash. Some were free and some were not. It took me about a week to reach payout which at that time was $10. I received my check within a month and thought to myself, "Geez....filling out all those offers for a small paycheck is not worth it!" So I didn't go back onto Cashcrate for several months. Looking to work from home was harder then I thought so I stop looking for several months.

Make up for lost wages

Several months has passed and I wasn't looking to work from home at all. My family and I income was still helping us get by until the unthinkable happened....my boyfriend started losing hours at work due to the bad economy. Christmas was just around the corner and I had a high dental bill so I had to find something to make up for lost wages. We both started looking for part time jobs but couldn't come up with anything since companies were going out of business.

I started looking for work from home jobs again and then Cashcrate came back to mind. I login and started completing offers non stop! I felt like I was on the computer 24 hours a day! I even was completing offers at work! Cashcrate has a referral system to where you can make extra cash by recruiting new members. So what I did was created a blog and found every single place to post my blog to get referrals. I was posting so much I became a spammer! I started getting kicked out of forums, blogs, and got blacklisted with some programs. The spamming method kinda did work because it brought me in some referrals but just not enough so I can cover my families lost wages. So I started looking for programs just like Cashcrate to make more extra money. I joined several others but I grew tired of completing offer after offer.

I went to the Internet and looked for new ways to make money online with no investment and came across Google Adsense. Google was claiming I can make money with them by adding Google ads to my blog. I thought that would be pretty easy to do so I signed up. What I didn't know is that I needed to have traffic in order to have people click on the ads on my blog so once again I went on a spamming spree to get traffic. After awhile that got tiring so I quit doing that. With all the money forums I was spamming on I decided to stop and actually read how other people was building traffic to their websites.

I started to learn about SEO techniques on how to build up traffic. What I found out is having the right keywords and good quality updated content in my blog would help me receive traffic. So I started updating my blog and writing articles and soon I hit my first $100 with Google within 5 months of joining them. I also started getting several referrals a day on Cashcrate and other programs I have joined. I didn't limit myself to just those programs, I also started making money with surveys and focus groups.

Its not over yet

So it took me over a year to start making money from home part time. Since 2008 I have made over $3,000 online. But it doesn't stop there, I will still be working on different ways to increase my online income (without spamming) to where I would be making a full time income online. Also the good news is my boyfriend received his hours back and then some and we have been able to buy all the extra things we want and need. Kids are happy too! So anyone can make money online with a lot of learning and work. To this day I am still learning. Wish me luck on my online money making adventure!

Hi, it's nice to read something that makes total sense! usually people tell you about money making schemes, but they confuse me because they get too technical. You put it in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks Nell

The snowballing effect means your online income will increase, even exceeding full time income if you dont give up.
