Now this bowl of grits is a loner!

Now this sassy bowl of grits is a loner!

If you like grits like I like grits and love mexican then you will want to enjoy this bowl over and over. It becomes addictive it is so good. Just make your grits your way but slightly stiff. I use the quick and easy microwave and Quacker Quik Grits. Never instant grits for me. Then you take a tablespoon and put 2 good sized scoops on top of the grits or more if you desire but not much more please.

Now if you desire meat it shoul be pre-cooked and crumbled. This is not necessary or missed if not used. I use Louis Rich's Turkey Bacon and rip it all up and spread around when I do use a meat.

Poor a chunky salsa all over the top. My favorite is Sam's brand black bean and corn chunky salsa. Put this bowl in the microwave for a minute and eat. You can mix or scoop down as it is layered but either way you choose to eat it, it will be a delicious treat to your palate.
