A bit of playful verse.
As innocently as I gaze at stars
While cynically assimilating words
Retired in amaze, a muse will impart
In part an inspiration, departure
A certainty from daily bonds I am
Freed. My mind rejoices in these verses
Inserted daily by a mad angel
Who careens, direction apparently
Undecided. I play likely angles
Hoping and believing in success, she
Goes, nevertheless, but will return when
The sky upturns and rivers upstream run,
Devils dance upon the moon once again
And Aphrodite visits for some fun.
Aphrodite will bring her back to me.
Then I will write poems once again. You’ll see.

Brenda they have no use for money, or clothes most of the time and are intolerant of arrogance except on their own part.

My muse is constantly dancing in my head, pushing me to write down words that will capture the melody she is dancing to...I just wish she'd let me sleep once in awhile lol.
My muse cares not whether I live or die, as long as I write poems. :0)
