My story goes something like this. My name is Mimi (short for Mireille). I am from the tiny island of Malta (look it up from the map - its REALLY small - but its a grand place to me!). I have been married for almost 2 years to the love of my life, Jon. He is originally from Chicago (Navy vet now). Jon moved to Malta when we got married, which was not easy for him, as he has his family there. Still, sometime in the near future, we are hoping to move to Ilinois!:) Before I met Jon I had a son (I was a single mother). My son's name is Matthew. He is now 10 years old. It was hard at first, for Jon and Matt to get used to the new life, living together as one family. You should see me - piggy in the middle, with them both wanting my attention. But time made this better and now we are a very happy familyJ

Jon, after having retired from the US Navy, wanted to take up studying, so he is now reading Sociology at the University here in Malta. Matthew goes to a school not too far from home(nowhere is too far from home here!!, Lol).

As for me, I work in a Telecommunications Company. I had to keep working at first, because we could not make ends meet (we had just bought a house). Now I work simply because it's a way of getting out of the house, and the team at work is a great one, so I meet my friends there too. In the meantime, a very good friend of mine, Carol (who i s now also my business partner) - introduced me to this Network Company called NEWAYS (google it - you will learn about the products). This Company DOES have good stuff, because their products are free of cancer causing ingredients. They are ‘GREEN' as we call them nowadays. So, I said to myself, why not? I would like my family to live a healthier life, so I would join the Company. Plus, the bonus is that I would be making money simply by telling people about Neways and their great products. Wrong. Like I said, their products are exceptional (I will NOT go back to the old products ever again!!). But that is not enough to make money. I learnt it the hard way.

It was quite embarrassing really. I cannot imagine myself doing this type of Marketing ever again! - Carol and myself used to go out of the house every Saturdays, and start talking to people in shopping malls. We spent so much money on brochures, cold calls etc. Also, I must have exhausted my friends and family list. Everyone of them was avoiding me for a while. Lol.. It was like I had the plague!! So embarrassing! I was trying to force my business down their throats. But the Company IS good, so why can't they see that?

Remember, first of all, that not everbody is interested in Network Marketing, even though everyone wants to make money. Some people genuinely love their jobs! So what about the script that your Network Marketing Upline has been telling about during the umpteenth meeting that you attend? Scrap it. Start a fresh page.

What I did was go on the internet, search for HOW to succeed in Network Marketing. After having chosen carefully (there are lots of false promises out there!), I read about this Network Marketer who succeed big time, by guiding people HOW it really works. Her name is Ann Sieg. She wrote this book called - the 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing. This book made me feel so much better. I found out that I was not the only person out there who was not managing to make it work in Network Marketing. Phew, I said. This ebook by the way is FREE. (unlike many of them out there that are not). There were a lot of free tips. Everyone likes FREE stuff, don't they? Or is it just me? Lol

Well, after having really read the book carefully, I decided to buy her next book - The Renegade Network Marketer - which is another ebook full of so much information on how to succeed. It cannot be simpler than this really. I will give you some of what she mentions.

In her system, (which makes money too - but I will explain that in another page - so keep visiting for more free information) - Ann writes that the method that really works is called Attraction Marketing. You do not need to be an Internet expert to do this. I am not one myself. You need to target the right people - People who are interested in this kind of career, not any Tom, Dick or Harry. How to do that - there are some very good sites to write articles about your business - this one is an example (there are Hubpages, Squidoo, Article Marketer and hundreds of others). Giving information to your prospects is the way to go. Don't just mention that it works. I am sure it does, they will tell you, but how? This page is getting a little long, so I will stop here.. Lol.. but I am going to write another one right now, which explains exactly how its done.. so you can go on reading that now (Once I start writing, (or talking) I don't stop. Lol.. I was nicknamed chatterbox at home, when I was young. Haha).
