Fast Easy Weight Loss Diets

Need easy fast weigh loss?

Okay, so you need to drop a few pounds fast and you want it to be relatively easy. I say relatively because if dieting was easy we'd all be Twiggy, but within the realms of diets some are easier than others and some are faster and a few are both. What follows are selected diets that I have participated in, and I have found to be easy fast weight loss diets.



First Place

Number 1: Coming it at number one for me is the Cabbage Soup Diet. I lost 10 pounds in 7 days on this amazing diet and it is free except for what you spend at the grocery store. I lost 7 pounds in the first 4 days and I believe I would have lost even more if I hadn't been a vegetarian because there are two beef days on this diet.

Pros: This easy fast weight loss diet is free. It works well and I was never hungry. There is no limitations on the quantity of food you can eat and there is different easy fast weight loss menus for each day so you won't get to tired of the same thing.

Cons: You must like or be able to tolerate vegetable soup on this easy fast weight loss diet. Some people have reported headaches and/or dizziness. It is not vegetarian friendly.

Second Place

Number 2: Our runner up Easy Fast Weight Loss Diet is The Fruit Flush Diet. I lost 5 pounds in 3 days on this diet. It is fast but I don't believe it is as easy as The Cabbage Soup Diet. I spent my time drinking protein shakes—why they are called shakes is beyond me—and eating fruit so I was never hungry.

Pros: No confusing menus or procedures to remember on this easy fast weight loss diet. It is free except for what you spend at the grocery store. It lasts only three days.

Cons: It is tiresome eating only fruit and protein drinks.

Third Place

Number 3: Our silver medal winner is “Strip That Fat”. This diet is easy more than it is fast, but if you have more then ten pounds to lose this is probably as easy as it gets. I lost 4½ pounds on this fast easy weight loss diet in the first week. After that it was a steady 2 to 3 pounds a week. This was the diet I used to lose the bulk of my weight, the other diets I use to trim up or maintain weight. I loved the simplicity of this diet and the control it gave me over the foods I wanted to eat.

Pros: This easy fast weight loss diet allows you to make up your own menus from the foods you like and eat. It has an ebook and on-line diet planner where you can enter the foods you want and it will make up a two week diet plan for you. That is why it made my top 3 list.

Cons: You have to pay a one time fee of around $60 to join, but it is only a one time fee. There is no supplements with this diet. (Some people see this as a pro.) You do not have accountability built into this diet so if you and a friend do it together it works better.
