Today IS a special day! Happy Valentine's day to you! Treat yourself with indulgence today, because you are so special and you deserve to acknowledge it! Smile, plurge on chocolate, get yourself a massage or take the afternoon off. In a word, have fun!!!

Should you be looking for a little recipe to treat your belly right, well, here's my little contribution to you: an easy to fix pasta recipe from my French kitchen: My Valentine's Pasta. It's a zesty, tasty and colorful dish. Hope you'll enjoy it!

The ingredients you need:Pasta (I picked some organic garlic, parsley flavored quinoa spaghetti), tomatoe sauce, a few tobasco drops, some ground beef, 1/2 a lemon, 2 garlic cloves, oregano/basil, goat cheese, a few cherry tomatoes, olive oil and anchovies.

To prepare the sauce: cook the meat in a few drops of olive oil, add a glove of garlic, then the oregan/ basil and the tomatoe sauce. When readu add the tobasco and lemon juice.

To cook the pasta, first pour in some olive oil, a garlic clove and salt in the boiling water, then add the pasta and let it cook for 7mn to get it "al dente".

When ready, serve to pasta with the sauce and top the dish with cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and a few anchovies! Bon appétit!
