My first BANS

What is a BANS store?

According to the definition in official website a BANS (Buid A Nice Store) is a store / platform for website development that allows create sites with content based on the eBay affiliates programme.

Since being enrolled in the eBay affiliates programme - eBay Partner Network - we can include on our sites, among other things, systems that can show the products that are selling on eBay. The produtcts are associated with our eBay Partner Network ID and it make that we won commissions on purchases / sales that people made from these links.

A BANS store handle this concept and after its installation and a simple configuration we can choose a niche (category) from the eBay products and build a website dedicated to a specific niche. With this software we managed the traffic to direct on the objectives of the client. The customers, instead of going to eBay looking for a product and end up seeing another completely different, the idea is that if he wants a product of the type X (external hard drives for example) then it is better to be redirected to a site where only shows to you the external disks that are on eBay.

I was chosen the external hard drives niche.

After we awarded the niche, we should connect to BANS and configure the software to our store with pages, categories and some informational texts. As you can see in my case i created some categories such as (100 GB hard drives, 250 GB hard drives, 500 GB hard drives, among others).
