I always had my ipod continue to freeze on me and not work. If you are struggling with it there is a simple solution to your problem. Just press the top and center button at the same time and hold them down for 8 seconds. This should fix most of your problems. Try doing this if it is not turning on or if it is on but nothing is working. Also make sure you have your ipod unlocked so when you push the buttons it will work.
