Here's an example what I eat:

Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange and 1 peach. Discs them into a bowl and eat them as sallad. Drinking a cup of green tea and two glasses of water.

Lunch: Half a chicken with a large salad containing two tomatoes, a whole pepper, half a head iceberg lettuce and a carrot. Have a tablespoon of olive oil on my salad. Drinking water to food.

Dinner: bakemeat salmon with a half kilograms bakemeat vegetables (squash and broccoli). Also a little melted butter over the vegetables. Drinking water to food.

I eat, but not always, fruit for breakfast, but sometimes eat my omelet with vegetables instead, as an example. I know that food can be regarded as tedious, when you just eat fruit, vegetables and meat / fish / eggs, but I have solved this by the use of me, lots of different spices, but also got the attitude that food is energy for the body and not a activity in itself (like reading a book).

The advantage is that I never look forward to eat, but see it more as to "fill" myself with energy, in order to continue what I do. If I get invited out to dinner or eat a business lunch, for example, when I still see the food as energy and the society as the main point. The advantage is that I concentrate more on the people around than on food. I eat alone I usually always listen to an audiobooks or do something else besides, to do something productive during that time.

Some think I am more a robot than a human being and now when I read my own words I begin to understand them ...

See you!

How do i get motivated and what "secret" is the result of my training.

We begin with the motivation: to be motivated to something is in my opinion, very simple. We are all motivated at regular intervals and at other times, we are unjustified. Some are more motivated than others, just as some people are more excited than others.

I am convinced that the motivation is like being happy. It is more an attitude than anything else. So in other words, the motivation and happiness comes from the inside and not from the outside.

If you want to justify himself to the max so it is necessary to think positive and about good things.

So in other words, to find motivation to train (or hard work, or whatever you want to do) you must see the goal. I was never able to train as hard as I have done and make it if I did not know what it would lead to.

Every time it rained out and a good film was on TV and a pizza was in the freezer as it was only to warm, so I felt not very motivated to go out and run, if I must be frank. But then I thought of all I would gain from going out in the rain and run (like having a healthy, good looking and trained body) and all I would lose to sit at home and eat pizza (that I would remain thick, lazy and unhealthy). Then it became easy.

At the same time, I was also very focused. I knew exactly what I wanted and I tried it. And focus is something that is more important than anything else. That specially trained people in different military elite forces. They are not motivated to go behind the enemy's borders and saving lives. Instead, they focus on what their mission is and lets nothing come between.

Lastly, please remember this about habit. It takes 21 days to train up a new habit. So in other words, if you eat well and exercise regularly (5-6 days a week) in 21 days it will become a habit and it will be difficult to stop practicing. This I am applying for everything and that is why many consider myself an extremely disciplined man, but in reality is it just that I have trained in many, many good habits. Piece of cake!

When it comes to training, there is much you can do. Personally, as I jog and train on the gym. However, everything goes well, I guess, as long as you are moving. The key is, however, the diet. I personally eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. I avoid anything that has fast carbohydrates that do, such as pasta, bread, potatoes, etc. i know many healthexperts say you should eat like this, since I started my results has, both in terms of training and energy outside of training has increased markedly!

In my view, health is one of the most important things in life and something that every successful man should give priority. If there is something money can not buy, it is health, and therefore it is something that can not be valued in money.

I remember when I was 15 years. I was a little soft untrained fat guy who thought that money solves all the worries in the world. So, I was with a friend, who had trained very diligently in the gym and not cared about money at all. We discussed often on what is most important in life, whereupon he said that health was the most important and I said that money was the most important (I was young and stupid, so do not hate me because I was thinking more on money than anything else).

But, when he said something suddenly made me realize that health actually is as much worth the money, if not more. What he said I could not argue against. It just hit me at once that he thinks true fact and it made me today to think that health is far more important than money (although I still think money is very important). That my friend said was the following: billionaire Donald Trump, what do you think he had paid to have good health and have lived in 20 years for? Probably all he took, right?

True.

Since that day, I have seen it as having good health is the greatest wealth you can have. I have therefore started to eat very good food and train on the gym now 4-5 days a week. The investment in time I've spent to train on the gym are among the best I have done.

Now I have so much more energy than before.

I have so much more confidence than before.

I have so much more joy in my life than before.

Six-O-Clock Club.

Now I give you a challenge. This challenge is to join the elite circle where some of the most successful people in history have been in. People that Victor Hugo, Benjamin Franklin, Donald Trump, Steve Jobs, and hundreds of historically known (and contemporary mijonärer and billionaires) have been or are in the .

What we are talking about is, Six-O-Clock Club.

What does membership of the Six-O-Clock Club and what it cost and what does that?

To be in the Six-O-Clock Club does not cost money but it gives money, efficiency, longer life and happier lives. It will lead to more success not only in his career but in life.

It needed to be in the Six-O-Clock Club is that you get up at six o'clock every morning and not sleep more than six hours (not five).

Research shows that people living lowest sleep between 5-7 hours a day.

So, what happened to that would sleep 8-10 hours a day?

"There's an old idea that people should sleep eight hours a night, which has no more scientific basis than the gold at the end of the rainbow," said Daniel Kripke, a professor of psychiatry at the University of California at San Diego who point the study, published in a recent issue of the Archives of General Psychiatry.

For those who want to learn more about this can also check out the following website and the article published by the world's leading medical journal, Medical News Today: http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/6018.php

To sleep 6 hours a day instead of 8 hours a day provides 2 hours more per day where you can do good things. Two hours per day may seem a little, but if you count on it, it is 30 days extra per year to get! Note, not days, but DAY that you are awake on. This may correspond to 2 months of extra work effectively, in a year!

So, not only living longer Monday through to sleep less, you may also enjoy two months extra per year! Perfect!

And, to sleep only 5-6 hours per day doing that after a while you may be far more energy than sleeping 8-10 hours per day. Believe me, I had the habit of sleeping 10 hours a day before and I couldn nothing. Now I sleep 5-6 hours per day, just enough to recharge the body's batteries, and then I am out there all day and drive on in full swing. Dryers how much any time!

So, I invite you now to join in one of the greatest times elite clubs, Six-O-Clock Club. Go to bed earlier than 00.00 each day and go up by 06.00 each day. After a week, you find that you get a lot more and that you also have more energy!

audiobooks!

Hello!

I love to read but it is hard to do at when you are jogging, at the train or at the gym, that is why man created the mp3!

Before i started using my mp3 i read about 30 books a year but sicen i found it i now read over 100 books a year. It could be all from a book about self development to a biografy about Lincon or even a salesbook. Just think about what education that gives you!

Nowdays i read about 6 hours a day at the train, at the dinner, at the gym and so on. An iPod (or mp3 player) one of the best investments you can make. I use my mobile (SonyEricsson) to store all my audio books and it works great.

I have my cellphone packed with seminars about self development and hope you too will have it soon!

I have been in the 5-6 o'clock club for many years now, and yes you do get a lot more accomplished but sometimes I find that the club closes and I recharge mind and soul in the 8th club.

None of us are perfect, are we.

I guess I am in this club but, not exactly by choice. My son never sleeps so guess what I don't either. He is 9 months now and and has helped me join the club. I would always get about 7 hours in the past when my other 2 sons were old enough to sleep through the night. My son seems to sleep during the day for my wife. Then when I get home he is up pretty much for good until 12. Then he wakes me once I finally get to sleep too. Oh well. I still have plenty of energy for the day. I always thought the key was to getting good deep sleep. If you sleep for 8 or 9 hours but keep waking up at the slightest noise etc... that is probably equal to 5 hours of deep sleep. I sleep pretty deeply. I only wake up when he has been screaming for me. My wife however wakes up at the drop of a hat. Though that might be a mothers instinct.
