My prediction for western finals
54The difference makers
Spurs vs. Lakers seven game series ( spurs win 4-3)
Alright Ladies and Men I have made my Western conference finals predictions already. I know men its to soon, but when your a basketball veteran like me you have a gift to make these premature decisions. First off, I would like to shout out the east competitors too but the west will take it, Boston with Power forward Rasheed "white patch with a temper" Wallace, Cleveland in taking Shaq "not another promise" O'neal, and the talented, Orlando Magics in getting Vince "your not Courtney Lee and Turkoglu" Carter. But any who, lets get down to business this is why i made my predictions.
The lakers keeping together
Well, the lakers are keeping it together so far they signed back Odom. Gasol is still there as well as the whole squad, but one. OH yea FREAKIN TREVOR ARIZA! HE was there defensive helper in the playoffs and finals, if it wasn't for him they would of lost to Houston in the 2nd round. Speaking of Houston, lakers also have Ron Artesties, I mean Ron ballsy, I mean Ron Artest (sorry about that). He will be a great addition with odom and gasol down in in the paint offensive rebounding, he can spread the floor and he is tough as nails, ballsy i might say, hopefully, with Kobe feeling legendary, (thanks to Orlando). Will he actually stick with a team and not cause drama or confusion?Just because your buddies off the court doesn't mean you will be on the court. If Artest changes his ways maybe, just maybe they will beat san antonio, but in the heat of a game who knows what will blow up inside his brain (PACERS FAN).
The Revamped Spurs, great add-ons
Even though this is my favorite nba team of all time. I am not showing any favoritism in this article. First off, what a steal in getting Dajuan Blair from Pitt, who averaged 16 points per game and 8 rebounds per game. A second round player that came gift wrapped to them at there door step. He will be a huge supporter in helping Duncan offensively and defensively, oh did i mention he is 6'7" with a 7'3" wingspan so he will be a nice aggressive addition to the spurs coming off the bench. Another reason is Antonio Mcdyess, He would help Duncan with the downlow pace you know help him with more open shots, haven't you notice Duncan gets pretty hammered downlow so Mcdyess was a good addition the booth of them starting in a game, plus my boy Dajuan Blair in rotation. Jack McClinton will be a huge help for Parker down the stretch in games. The miami star was a steal as well, who has a sweet 3pointer (name dropping). Bananas.
Richard Jefferson was the best trade steal since Pau Gasol, yea i said it. He will bring athleticism the spurs been missing for a while. He is that person who can penetrate the defense and get guys open. Oh and did I forget Tony Parker who can be pretty quick and fast on the offense especially against older guards like Derek Fisher. The both of them starting will be a hard match for any team to handle. If Ginobli is healthy to last this whole year and thats mainly why spurs acquired Jefferson he will be the x factor in the spurs games down the stretch he is that 6th man who can stretch the defense and tire them too. Ginobli will be fine once its all and said and done, Popovich even man the same prediction but except he said the championship. I guess thats why he has four titles as a head coach.
