I am always looking for an opportunity to answer requests where i can share about my personal experiences and this is definately one of them. I was able to get tighter legs, arms, tummy and weight loss in less than 3 weeks (and keep it off) so without further introduction here are some things i've kept to whenever i wanted to lose weight/get fit fast:
1) I would eat PLENTY of nuts whenever i felt hungry and NEVER had sweets except for licorice (lucky for me i love licorice)
2) I replaced fruit juice with fruit and 2 glasses of water
3) I danced in my room for about 25 minutes every other night always including squats, sit-ups and press-ups
4) I always tried to do squats while waiting for the microwave to finish
5) I never had white rice, only brown and avoided pasta as much as possible
6) I went out once a week for a dance but always chose tequila shots instead of long drinks and never had beer
7) I ate plenty of meat, vegetable and eggs
And finally i've rewarded myself each week when i felt i had done well by: Taking a long bath every week, getting my hair washed and blowdried in a salone and getting a pedicure
