My theory on the Caylee Anthony Case

This is what I think might have happened...
I have been following this case very closely as have most people on some level. I'll admit that one week I would think maybe this happened or that happened, but it just became so clear to me that this is probably what happened:
Facts:
Proof of decomposing body in the car
Mom is a partyer. She's young. (Seems that she can't be bothered with a child)
Caylee is first seen with mom at boyfriends house then stops coming with her and is supposedly "with the nanny" or at the park or somewhere with the nanny.
Casey has been on-line looking for Chloroform and how to use it.
This Nanny is no where to be found. She most-likely doesn't exist.
Casey has been called a pathological liar and a narcissist. (one who only thinks of themselves)

My theory is this:
Picture a young mom who still wants to party and be with her friends but she had a baby. She probably loved this child on some level (The pictures are so convincing). She may have never wanted to hurt Caylee. She just wanted to quiet her with Zanax, Benedryl, Chloroform to get her to take long naps so she could go out. Don't think I agree with this kind of behavior, I'm just trying to put this together. I think this is evil and criminal, but I truly think that because Casey was fighting with her Mom and they wanted her to move out and they wanted custody of Caylee that Casey couln't drop the child off at her parents so she made a habit of drugging the child so he could go out. I think that she did this one time and left the child sleeping to come back and find her unresponsive. (Remember, the frantic phone calls to her mother?) No one answered those calls, so she either panicked and buried Caylee in the back yard then removed her from there and placed her in the trunk of the car. Or vise-versa. I believe she realized what she'd done, freaked out and tried to get rid of the body and apparently, if this is all true, has done a very good job at placing her somewhere where she has not been found. I HOPE I'M WRONG. DEAR LORD, I REALLY HOPE I'M WRONG.

Wow...i really do hope your wrong..but it seems so likely.That poor little girl,i can't beleive the mother could do such a thing...I mean...crap...Give the kid some warm milk or something,not drug her up!...That little girl was absolutely adorable and that mother just screwed it up..If i were the police,ide torchure that mother until she squealed.Im sorry for sounding so violent,but doing that to someone so young...its unnexcusable.
yes i think she should just tell someone where she is at so that little girl can be put to reasted.i have a 2 year old to i dare anyone to take her and not tell me where she is. i am an very young mother 18 and i got 3 kids and i take care all of 3
Honestly, I just really got into this case. I don't watch the news, but coworkers keep me updated. When I heard about this one it hurt very much. I don't see how ANYONE could hurt a child. I understand being a young mother. I got pregnant at 18 and was in the party zone, but was so happy to become a mom. I'm married now and my life is great, but I still can't understand why mothers would put anything/anyone before a child, THEIR child. I hope deep down that the poor child is still alive, but all details say it isn't so. It's all too weird. I mean, why would you wait so long to tell someone your child was missing?
Your theory sounds like it hits home. I just still can't believe this whole story. It's too crazy how people live and the things that go on behind closed doors. I hope this opens the eyes of any other mothers/parents out there who abuse thier kids before anything like this happens again......

WHEN THIS FIRST STARTED THERE WAS A LITTLE PLAY HOUSE IN THE BACYARD AFTER AWHILE IT DIDAPPEARED AND A SANDBOX APPEAREED THE PLAY HOUSE WAS CAYLEES FAVORITE PLACE TO PLAY WHAT HAPPENED
I am wondering about another senario. I noticed that the timeline has some conflicting information. First, Casey originally states that the last time she saw CayLee was when she handed her over to "Zenaida" on June 9th. Cindy and George claim the last time they saw Caylee was June 8th...until the police notice the date on the video of CayLee at the nursing home, is July 15th. Cindy then says she "made a mistake", that it was infact July 15th. She claims George based his time of last seeing CayLee on what she(Cindy) had said. Now, on the dates of June 10th, 12th, and 13th, other people see Caylee on those dates.
Now we are up to July 15th, Cindy takes CayLee to Nursing home, George goes to work 3-11 shift, and Casey is supposedly at home. I read somewhere that when Cindy got home with CayLee after (they left Cindys mom house following the nursing home), she took Caylee in the pool for awhile. Supposedly, that night according to Lee, and a neighbor who overheard, Cindy and Casey had a big argument, and Lee said Cindy actually choked Casey and told her to get out of the house.
The next day, July 16th, George claims that he was the last one to see Caylee, and that Casey and Caylee came out of the bedroom all dressed to go out, and both had backpacks on. He even remembered what time it was (12:50 pm) (do to a cooking show he watches on tv), and described exactly what both were wearing. Cindy claims she did not actually look in thier room, but she knew they were there??? Odd! George leaves for work at 2:30 pm. At 3o'clock, a "flurry of calls" go out from Casey's cell phone, which end at 4pm, and these were to her father, mother and friends.Starting at 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Casey starts calling Cindy, George and others and again no connection.No more phone calls were made after 7:30 p.m. - odd that NO ONE ANSWERED ANY OF HER CALLS!! Please see this for more info on Caseys pings and timeline: http://humbleopinion.wordpress.com/caylees-timelin Cindy returns home from work, and see's the pool gate was left open and the ladder is in the pool.OK, here is whats strange...Casey claims she handed Caylee to Zenaida on June 9th..(keep in mind, Cindy originally said she last saw Caylee on the 8th..until the video dicovery, and then changed her tune)Harry Garcia (Leasing Consultant at Sawgrass Apartments) filled out a guest card for Zenaida Gonzalez when she came in to inquire about renting an apartment.Zenaida was shown an apartment in Bldg 2859 S. Conway RD – Apt 210. This apt has been vacant for 142 days since February 29, 2008. This happened on the 16th of June?? (The same day Caylee was killed) Perhaps somebody got the license plate number off Zenaida's car, had it ran and came up with the name to fit the "nanny" role?This was a whole 8 days AFTER Casey claims she handed her over on the 8th of June.How do we know for sure (other then George's word) that Casey was in that house that morning?Mayby she left the house after her and Cindy had that fight, and left CayLee with them. Cindy could have forgot to take the ladder out of the pool after she and Caylee went swimmimg earlier that night. What if George was sleeping in the morning, and Caylee got out of bed and quietly got the door open and drowned in the pool, after Cindy left to go to work? Remember, Cindy was the one who discovers the pool ladder and gate opened, when she arrives home the same day. Dimwit Casey comes home, finds Caylee floating or at the bottom of the pool (thus the flurry of phone calls) she panics, and trys to hide the body, thinking she'll get blamed.Now, the cover up begins, and a search for a name to fit the "nanny" she created along, to protect her from her mothers questions all the time. What if Caylee NEVER was missing for 31 days...but that they created that whole senario for the benefit of the public and fear of being indited in her death? Suppose Casey went along with the story, believing that when the "truth" came out, she'd be cleared? Remember what she said to Cindy about those cameo's Cindy did? And she said "What do you mean you don't know what MY involvement is in this? (as if to infer Cindy did have a part in all tis too?) It would explain somewhat of why Casey was on outward appearance partying all this time, and showing no emotion over Caylee's disappearance, if in fact caylee never realy was missing. Perhaps she was somewhere with one of Cindys friends, if she wasn't around for awhile. George said once, We are being watched, and we know who it is, but can't say. Perhaps they asked her to go along with this, to keep us all confused? I think too, the car was left at Amscot with the purse, thinking someone would steal the car and dump it, thus the odor would be disapated by the time it was found, and the "nany" story would appear real.Please leave comments! I BELIEVE CASEY HAD BEEN USING CHLOROFORM/OTHER SEDATIVES FOR A BABYSITTER WHILE SHE PARTIED FOR A LONG TIME. I BELIEVE SHE SOMEHOW GOT KEYS TO VACANT APTARTMENTS(MAYBE BY PRETENDING TO VIEW THEM AS A PROSPECTIVE TENANT AND EITHER GOT A COPY MADE OR NEVER RETURNED THEM) I BELIEVE THESE APARTMENTS ARE WHERE SHE WOULD LEAVE CAYLEE UNCONSCIOUS UNTIL SHE CAME BACK. THIS THEORY WOULD ALSO EXPLAIN THE DUCT TAPE. SHE COULD'VE APPLIED THE TAPE SO THAT IF SHE WOKE UP CRYING AND SCREAMING THE NEIGHBORS WOULD NOT DISCOVER HER. REMEMBER THE VACANT APARTMENT SHE FIRST LED POLICE TO CLAIMING IT WAS THE "NANNY'S". HOW DID SHE KNOW NO ONE LIVED THERE AND THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER AND BLOW HER COVER THEN? SHE ALSO POINTED TO ANOTHER COMPLEX AND SAID THAT ZANNY HAD ASKED HER TO TAKE CAYLEE TO AN APT. THERE ALSO. POLICE SHOULD CHECK THAT APT. FOR EVIDENCE IF IT HASN'T ALREADY BEEN RENTED. THEY SHOULD ALSO CHECK ALL OF CASEY ANTHONY'S KEYS TO SEE IF THEY FIT ANY OF THE DOORS ON VACANT APT.S/HOUSESIN THE AREA.
This story really upsets me because I have a 2 year old little girl and I could never harm her in anyway. Casey should be put to death the same way she killed Caylee. I think Casey should be torchered in a slow way for killing her daughter. I'm sorry for all the horrific comments but child killers/molesters shouldn't be allowed to live.
I was watching and listening to Cindy today in her depo with Mr Morgan and got to thinking when she said something....She got home from Mt Dora and fed Caylee and then went swimming, Casey came home Cindy said it was getting late and the sun was going down so Casey decided not to come in....but, Im sure thats where they were if the neighbors heard them yelling at each other, Im wondering if they were fighting that Caylee was left unattended and drowned? Both Cindy and Casey panicked took her into the house wraped her up in the blanket and maybe put her in the playhouse. With Cindys thinking that if she said now Casey go away and they both knew that it was an accident that Casey would take the rap for it but would get off. So one thing led to another...

I am pretty sure Caylee is dead and her mother is the one who killed her which hurts me very much. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and I cannot fathom ever harming her or hurting her in any way. My heart sinks every time I think of Caylee which I happen to do very often.
I know criminals have rights and are not subject to abuse or torture but I seriously think they need to torture her somehow to get her to tell the police / FBI what truely happened so some closure can come of this.
I know it sounds horrible, but I think she needs to suffer regardless of if she is the murderer or had something to do with what happened to Caylee. Child-killers and Molesters are the lowest of the low and they have no business being able to live. Sorry for such a radical view.
