Atiana "Connie" Mendoza Aguilar and Jesus Yanez Aguilar Sr.(mother and father)

There are more parental abductions than people are aware of and I have decided to make it a priority to get these children home to their custodial parent.

This is a sixth in a series of hubs that will target parental abductions. With so many people who are members of hubpages and all of our wonderful visitors, perhaps we can get some of these children home where they belong.

This story is a little different the Aguilars failed to return their children as scheduled from a CPS appointed visitation. The children were picked up on July 14, 2006 and were supposed to be returned on July 16, 2006, but were not returned.

Atiana "Connie" Mendoza Aguilar was born on September 20, 1972 in Mexico. She has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5'6" and approximately 186 pounds. She has no known occupations and could be using the name Connie Mendoza.

Jesus Yanez Aguilar Sr. uses two birth dates December 31, 1958 and December 31, 1968 and was born in Texas. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'7" and weighs approximately 260 pounds. He has no known occupation and may be using the names of Jesus Yanez Aguilar, Jesus Y. Aguilar, Jesus Yanez Aguilar Jr. He was also convicted in San Patricio County on two counts of indecency with a child and failed to appear at his sentencing on July 21, 2006.

Both parents parental rights were terminated December 4, 2006. CPS has legal custody of the children.

Both parents have federal arrest warrants out for them issued by the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.

The Children

Crystal was born on April 18, 1991 in Mexico, has black hair and brown eyes. She was 5' 1 1/2" and weighed 149 pounds when she was kidnapped.

Karen was born July 13, 1995 in Corpus Christi, Texas, has black hair and brown eyes. She was 4' 10 1/2" and 101 pounds when she was kidnapped.

Jesus was born February 13, 2000 in Corpus Christi, Texas, has black haie and brown eyes. He was 4'0" and weighed approximately 60 pounds when he was kidnapped.
