Earlier this evening (6/24/2008), I saw an illegal immigration story on NBC's The Nightly News with Brian Williams that just made me crazy as I am sitting in my chair.

The story chronicled the plight of immigrants, migrants, and others who want to come to the United States and enjoy the American life. The story also reports on how the border fence is such an obstruction to those south of the border looking for a better life. NBC presented the story as the United States being an unfair, exclusionary, and bigoted entity and the immigrant as the oppressed, mistreated and abused people. This is agenda absurdity perpetuated to a ridiculous degree.

First off, NBC morons, no one has the right to immigrate to the United States of America arbitrarily. It is a priviledge to be born here, to live here, to immigrate here, and to enjoy what this great country has to offer. The only people who have a right to be here are those who are born to legal citizens whether they are indigenous or legal immigrants themselves. I do not count anchor babies who are born to illegal immigrants. If one breaks the law in order to accomodate themselves, and using a baby to do it no less, then neither are citizens because there is no original legal citizen establishment to begin with. It is someone looking to sidestep the law in order to gain a foothold. Even Canda abolished the policy of anchor babies after Chinese immigrants were abusing the system.

Second, NBC idiots, every country has the right and responsibility to filter who is allowed to immigrate into the country and who is not. It is a matter of public health, public safety, economics and national security. We cannot afford to let just anyone into the country no matter their plight or unfortunate lot in life. If they are born and raised in terrible conditions, it's not fair and it's not our problem or responsibility to remedy it. Life is not fair and trying to make it so will not make it so. In fact, it makes it more unfair to everyone having to cover the costs of illegal immigrants and the bringing in every refugee from every god-forsaken spot in the world just because we want to appear nice and all inclusive. Well, if you include the wrong people, a knife in the back is not too far behind. Your intellectual dishonesty also results in the failing to criticize the vociferous Mexican effort to keep out illegals on their southern border with Guatemala. How can you criticize the United States government for making an effort to stop illegal immigration, and imply it is wrong, while failing to criticize other countries for cracking down on illegal immigration? That is called agenda journalism. There is nothing objective or fair minded about it. It is simply an axe to grind.

Third, NBC fools, not all immigrants from Mexico, Central America, and South America are looking for the American Dream. Many are coming here to rape, pillage, steal, kidnap, deal drugs, steal identities and social security numbers, leech off the economy and other resources, and, not to mention, murder. How many stories are in the news with all of these elements, particularly those about an illegal immigrant shooting and/or murdering an officer of the law? And you still say we don't need a border fence/wall, along with a robust border patrol and immigration control apparatus, NBC. Wake up and smell the steaming crap you are walking in already. How can you possibly not notice the obvious, unless you are willing to turn a blind eye to spite your face to suit an agenda?

Fourth, NBC hacks, your insulting of the intelligence of the average American and legal immigrant is astounding. You daring presumption that illegal immigration is not really that big of a deal and anyone should just be allowed to come and go as they please becuase of their difficulties is phony and pandering to say the least. You dare to presume that people will not see through that and will simply just drink the cool aid you tell them to drink. If this is your idea of objective journalism, give me Pravda and Izvestia.

And fifth, NBC jackals, in case you have not noticed, the vast majority of the country is in favor of securing the borders and mitigating immigration. That also includes legal immigrants from south of the border. Since you claim to be experts on polling, you should know this. However, since you do not care to see or hear of anything that is not in favor of your positions and agenda, you simply leave that information out. Even people who describe themselves as liberal Democrats, and not those "evil right wingers", are in favor of getting our border and immigration issues under control and to manageable levels. Only a small percentage of people support the open flood gate theory and they are lunatics to say the least. Did you also happen to mention, NBC, that Communist Party USA favors open borders? Since you have not, that strongly suggests you are actually ashamed of your position deep down and you do not want to be associated with the Communist Party. If you were, you know people would see you for the frauds you are and would turn you off.

Don't feign to be patriotic Americans on one hand and then show a distinctly anti-american and illegal position on the other, and then call it honest and objective.

I hope you choke on your hypocrisy, ignorance and self-absorption before you choke this country with your abject failure of reporting. If this country goes down, you go down too NBC.

If you want to be a beggar to your own demise, go for it, just don't ask the rest of us to go with you.
