NOT making money with HubPages? Then read this...

Although I have only been with HubPages for a short period of time, I am averaging about $4 per hub per day. Now, granted that this average can´t be carried over to say ,100 hubs, if you follow these three methods you should start making more money from HubPages.

Before I get to a detailed explanation of each of the three methods I must warn you that first and foremost, you need to publish quality and informative content!

Although you can make money from your hubs with Adsense, the eBay affiliate program, and Amazon, my main focus will be on affiliate revenue. If you publish informative and objective information about the affiliate programs you will be rewarded with sign-ups.

To make all of this happen your hubs will need to receive some traffic, but HubPages already does a good job of helping you get indexed in search engines. Case in point, I wrote a hub on Build a Niche Stores, and another on domain parking, both topics I have covered extensively on my Portuguese blog. Yet, both of these hubs are ranked on the first and second pages of Google for their respective keywords, and have already received search engine traffic. My blog however has covered these topics extensively, yet isn´t ranked well for the keywords, much less receive any search engine traffic.

Than there is also the traffic that you get from within the HubPages community, and this is an added bonus. If you have enough time you can also promote your hubse in other places, like forums and such. I personally don´t have time for that, but I do Stumble and Digg my own hubs.

Although it is not my main goal, as an added bonus, I am also making some change in Adsense revenue from my hubs.

Another way of making money with HubPages is by promoting other sites. In my case its my main ecommerce website as well as a few of my BANS stores.

Here is a real life example of how well this works. A few days ago I added a new product to my ecommerce website, at the same time I did a post on my ecommerce website announcing the new arrival. To date, none of these new pages from my website have been indexed. On the other hand, the hub I created to promote my new arrival was indexed by Google within a few hours, and has already received search engine traffic, even though not for my main keyword, but for a keyword within the actual hub content.

If HubPages can do this for my very competitive website keywords, I imagine it can do an even better job getting the word out about my niche keyword BANS stores.

As far as promoting my ecommerce website, I can make it worth my time as long as I can get a few quality visitors to my website. If I can send about 15 visitors a month to my ecommerce website, that works out to 180 a year. Considering I pay Google Adwords about 30 cents a click, that means I save myself $54 a year worth of Adwords for each hub. Not bad considering I can publish a hub in under 30 minutes. Of course I will also make a few dollars worth of Adsense, eBay, and Amazon revenue.

I won´t be too specific as far as this strategy is concerned (can´t let all my secrets out), but I will point you in the right direction. Unlike a blog, where you probably have to post on a certain topic, with Hubpages you can write about whatever you want. It can be a niche topic, or about something that is getting a lot of attention at a particular time. The idea is for you to research one of these topics extensively, and then write about it. Your hub will be quickly indexed by Google, and if you make a good quality hub, with an attention grabbing title, you will receive traffic to it.

The idea behind this strategy is to primarily make money with Adsense, and if case, with eBay and Amazon. If your hub is good enough and stays ranked up there for some time, it will end up becoming a nice source of passive income.

Even though I am fairly new to HubPages, I am seeing very good success with these three easy to apply money making strategies. This from someone that already make about $10000 a month on the internet.
